The villa is situated among the beautiful pines, moss draped oaks, and tropical palms of Shipyard Plantation. The unit is a two story, two-bedroom, non-smoking, Greens Villa located on the 6th green of the Shipyard Galleon Golf course AND a short 7 minute walk to HHI’s pristine 12 mile beach.

2018 upgrades include and all new HVAC system, new 5 burner gas grille, new clothes dryer with new paint and flooring in the laundry closet.

All furniture and bedding are rigorously maintained with a deep steam cleaning 2X/year. Bathrooms and powder room were also recently renovated.
Beach chairs, beach buggy and other beach sundries are available.
Our location is one of the best in The Greens. We are closest to the beach without being on Shipyard Drive and located directly across from the famed Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Center and Sonesta Resort.

We have an outstanding golf course view of the 6th green of Shipyard’s Galleon course from our newly equipped deck with new gas grill, deck table and chairs.

Other highlights are a recently renovated private gated pool for the exclusive enjoyment of the Greens' guests.

The villa will accommodate up the 7 guests with a new queen sleeper located in the living room, king bed in the master and double & single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom additionally includes a walk-in closet and private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has access to a separate hall bath with a tub/shower combination. There is a powder room located on the main level. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor.

The villa comes equipped with a new 52” flat screen with HD TV in the living room and a new 32” flat screen in the master bedroom. DVD player provided.

Bathrooms and living room have also been recently remodeled with granite vanities in the bathroom and wood laminate flooring in the living room. In addition we re-purposed the small breakfast room in the front to a more practical mud/sand room. In our own past vacations we found that we utilized this room for our towels, beach paraphernalia and sandals/shoes rather than as a dining area. The main dining area remains attached to the living room.
