Thank you Dennis for choosing my Villa for your fall get away. I appreciate your complimenting your Host, Location, Cleanliness of the VILLA,Well equipped, and the two AC units in the Villa. Unfortunately, the beach access was a typo by the walk time.If not looked at closing it looks like 11 minutes. Actually you felt it was one minute and the second part is an I not a number. Both you and I tried to have VRBO correct that to a ! . It was not allowed by them and they said if they tried correcting you would be unable to send a corrected review. Every once a while an owner Recieves a review like this. Not since 2024 and 24 consecsective 10/10 ratings In our case this happens . With Granite counter tops , Pergo flooring ,New Kitchen Stove, 11/2 yr dish washer Interior items it can happen . The guests only stayed 3 days aa Booked and never called to mention any issue. My local Maintenance team , my Cleaning team and We I aLways attempt to exceed guest expectations. With this renta you receive 2 hours of court time for Pickleball or Tennis

Thank You George and Hunter for taking the time to commenting on your Thanksgiving week stay. The location is close to many attractions. You mentioned the Beach Front Dunes House and the Pickleball,/Tennis BUT also very near is a General Store , Two Golf Courses and Alexander s Restaurant.

David and Liz, Thank you for staying at my Villa. The beach is a very short 2 to three minute walk depending how fast you choose. The private Moorings guests pool is steps away . This location is fantastic for water activities. No need to drive and load up a car. The location is also very near to Golf, Tennis, Pickleball Bike Trails and a General store. Also, a Ocean front lunch and dinner location called the Dunes House. Thank you again and hope to have you back. Jim

Kasey, Thank you very much for staying at my Villa for the period just before New Years Day 2026.Your detailed comments of what everyone will experience during a stay at my Villa. Location is perfect to enjoy all the area activities of which many are within walking distance. We also have 2 hours of daily court times either Pickleball or Tennis a short walk away as well. The Bike Trail as well is seconds away as well. Location, Location is a significant part for a very enjoyable vacation or short stay in 2026.

You also pointed out "Has everything you need!" .The two hours of daily court time for Pickleball or tennis, 3 Golf courses very near and biking trail 30 seconds away as well are added great features of staying here . Felicia, Thank you for staying at my Villa during the New Years Holiday period.. Thank for sharing your comments with this wonderful review and very nice comments. As a first time guest with me, your comments are valuable since you were able to compare the location, cleanliness, location you had experienced at other locations on the Island. You sent me a separate note that also said " We are just leaving you lovely villa, and I wanted to write a quick note to tell you that we had a lovely time. Your villa is clean and well stocked, with all the amenities a renter might need. We usually stay in the Forest Beach area, and we loved the quiet of Palmetto Dunes. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding along the path and seeing all the homes. The proximity to the beach was great and we lucked out with the weather. We got some nice time on the beach and our daughter actually played in the ocean. We also visited the general store which was fun." We work tirelessly to make the Villa beautiful, enhanced cleaning and inviting to our guests. Todd, Thank you for staying at my Villa. Location is a feature of my Villa and a best kept secret on the Island. As you said "Easy beach access within walking distance. Centrally located on the island with quick drives to where you want to go" Also, close to Golf, Tennis, Pickleball. General Store, Ocean front Dunes House for Drinks and Lunch or Dinner, Bike Trail, Running paths. and of course the Private Moorings area pool is steps away front our front door. Jim

Kay and Joe, Thank you for completing a review of your quick 3 day stay during the 2022 Thanksgiving Holiday. Aside from the Holiday in a great location you mentioned you enjoyed playing Pickelball getting lessons and playing in Round Robins during your stay. Thank you also mentioning Location is perfect for beach, general store and rentals which everyone who stays with me agrees with. 3 Golf Courses , bike trails, Canoe and Kayak lagoon activities are minutes away.
