Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, a TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a TV.



This home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first floor, walk-in unit no steps required no Elevator.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in all, with space for 2 small cars in the garage. 1 additional vehicle may be parked in the unit's driveway. Parking passes are required and will be given by the guard at the gate.

• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, located above the back door of the garage and actively monitoring the front door of the unit.

• High chair, Pack 'n Play, and family games are provided.

• Home is not pet friendly.

•The pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
