The private furnished balcony offers a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful white-sand beach. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, this outdoor space provides plenty of seating for enjoying morning coffee, refreshing beach breezes, and the relaxed atmosphere of Indian Rocks Beach.

Inside, the spacious living and dining area features comfortable furnishings, coastal decor, a flat-screen cable television, and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. The open layout gives families and friends a comfortable place to gather for meals or unwind after a day at the beach or pool. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, and other essentials for dining at home. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for an afternoon by the shore, or enjoy a relaxed dinner together at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen cable television, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes one queen bed, one twin bed, and a flat-screen cable television. The guest bathroom offers a single-sink vanity and shower and tub combination.

Hamilton House 107 includes free WiFi, flat-screen cable televisions in the living room and both bedrooms, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, a telephone with free local calls within the United States and Canada, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and check-out housekeeping service are also provided.

Hamilton House is an intimate beachfront community featuring a heated Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grilling area, secure entrance, interior elevator, stairs, pool restrooms, and an outdoor shower. Two assigned parking spaces are provided, one covered space underneath the building and one space in the open lot. A maximum of two parking passes will be issued at check-in.

Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Hamilton House places guests near Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Clearwater Beach and the neighboring coastal communities of Belleair Beach, Indian Shores, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach.

A seven-night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including infants. This is a smoke free and pet free vacation rental. Trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
