Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 302 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful dƃĀ©cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 302 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 302 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in an open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke -Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Very nice location, nice beach. Condo is great. Beds are comfortable. Baths are nice and in good condition. Would definitely recommend. Some good restaurants nearby

Very nice condo. The unit was clean, comfortable and great location. We loved the fact that the beach items were in the unit as well as having beach towels there. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Beautiful sunsets!Short drive to Clearwater, Indian Shores and many other areas. Would definitely rent again.

Beach therapy

We really enjoyed our visit to Indian Rocks Beach. It has become our favorite getaway. Finding this condo was a blessing! It had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores. The ocean and beach views were wonderful!. The management staff were professional, knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be back! Great Place to "De-Stress"

The location of this property is perfect. On the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property management staff were great and very responsive to everything we needed. The only negative was the lack of a decent grill and an area to grill out and enjoy the evening, although they have the space to do that. It would be an easy fix to really enhance this property.
