The oversized private L-shaped balcony provides expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful white-sand shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, this furnished outdoor space offers plenty of room to sip morning coffee, unwind in the coastal breeze, and watch magnificent sunsets over the Gulf.

Inside, the spacious living and dining area features comfortable furnishings, coastal decor, a flat-screen cable television, and sliding glass doors showcasing the beachfront scenery. The open layout creates an inviting place for families and friends to share meals or relax after a day at the beach or pool. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, and other everyday essentials for dining at home. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for an afternoon by the shore, or gather for a relaxed dinner at the condo.

Hamilton House is an intimate beachfront community featuring a heated Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grilling area, secure entrance, interior elevator, stairs, pool restrooms, and an outdoor shower. Two assigned parking spaces are provided, one covered space underneath the building and one space in the open lot. A maximum of two parking passes will be issued at check-in.

Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Hamilton House places guests near Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Clearwater Beach and the neighboring coastal communities of Belleair Beach, Indian Shores, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach.

A seven-night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including infants. This is a smoke free and pet free vacation rental. Trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
