Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 105 is a BRONZE (Great Value!) rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful dƃĀ©cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 105 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and walk-in showers. 105 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front Desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 105 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

7 nights minimum during peak periods and holidays. 4 nights minimum in off season upon request

Check-in really easy, front desk extremely friendly, room was clean, easy access to elevator and trash chute. Pool very nice, property well maintained, still some repairs going on from hurricane.if i had to complain it would be a new mattress on master king bed, new dryer, and maybe some new furniture in living room. Nothing wrong with it just worn. Over our stay was great no issues. A/C preformed great on the 113 degree days while we were there.

Great Location - Clean Home

6 of us stayed at this perfect condo right on the beach. Although the hurricane did a number on the town the community did a great job rebuilding as best they could in time for our vacation. The communication on the facility was great and we wouldn't change a thing. The rooms are all a great size, the closet space was perfect, the laundry room was great to have and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and more. We are looking forward to next year!

We loved the property. Everyone at the front desk was so nice. Unfortunately our vacation was cut short because of hurricane Helene but we had a wonderful time for the 4 days we were there. Would definitely go back.

The location to the beachfront and pool/hottub was amazing. I was very happy with everything inside the condo. The furniture on the balcony was not as pictured. It was cluttered with mulitple types of seating that didn't go together. You could barely get out on the balcony because of all the extra stuff on it. It would have been nice to enjoy that area more. Everything else was great and super clean. I would stay here again.

This unit was overall fine for 5 adults, 1 child and 1 infant-we had no issues. There were not a lot of towels and the beach towels were not great quality, but other than that the unit itself was fine. No big deal. Our issues were with the condo management itself. The "security" setup is antiquated at best. Between keys and codes to get anywhere and the wrist bands, its ridiculous. There must have been issues in the past with abuses, but it is very difficult to get to and from the beach, pool, and the condo juggling all your stuff and working keys, passcodes, etc. The inner hallways are open to lower levels and the railings are spaced that small children could fit between them and fall. It seems like an accident looking for a place to happen. The balcony railings are not like this, thank goodness. There is one elevator for the entire building and we waited for 20 minutes on check out day as we had a stroller. The check out instructions are strange so be sure to read them carefully so you will not be charged extra. Parking in the lot is adequate. The pier was a big draw for the fishermen. I understand why you need a key for this. It is nice but has some soft spots so be sure to wear shoes as you will get splinters. There are lots of choices to stay in this stretch of the gulf, look carefully before you book anywhere. We will not be returning to this location.

Condo was well stocked with kitchen & bathroom items, bed were comfortable, need new bed pillows!!! Needs an update on decorations, looks like 1980ā€™s. Floors need a good cleaning, the bottoms of our feet were black from them. Beach towels were appreciated, but need some new ones, pretty wore out. Great location, great beach. Building itself, only one elevator so have patience.

Enjoyed our stay. Only negative was no covered parking. The Vrbo listing is a bit deceiving that it shows the covered parking, but only owners are allowed to use it, even if they are not there, renters cannot. That should be made very clear in the listing. Especially for a property in Florida .
