Tracy, I am keeping this brief for now due to lack of appropriate time to elaborate on all of the accolades I would like to share regarding our stay at The Parish House. My son is getting married this weekend so, much to do this week, In the meantime, the other 5 couples that I rented your home for wanted me to be sure to write you the best review and share their sincere thanks for your wonderful hospitality. You have thought of EVERYTHING to ensure no guests' need is unmet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely blown away with this rental! So much space for multiple families. The nicest rental i've ever stayed in. Felt like I was dreaming. Already talking with friends about a returning trip. The small town of Three Oaks is bursting with charm. Fun little dive bars and plenty of spots to get a nice breakfast and some delish coffee. We stayed during the weekend of flag day and the town celebrates hard. Parades and softball tournament with a better fireworks display than my town does on the 4th. And the hosts are just as lovely as the property. 10/10 spot.

We have been making an annual SW Michigan trip for 15 years and this is among the best homes we’ve rented. The location is top notch in Three Oaks and the home far exceeds all expectations. Great bedrooms, tons of space and outstanding kitchen setup. I highly recommend and we will be back again in the future. Owners were great and very responsive to questions.

We had an amazing time at the Parrish house. The house is spotless, and looks even better than the pics. The bedrooms are spacious, and all setup up similarly - so all our guests felt equally accommodated. The kitchen has a HUGE island with plenty of working space for the entire party. The central living room is a great place for everyone to gather, with plenty of seating for everyone. Our group didn't have time to take advantage of the lower level fully, but it's a whole other oasis down there! The outdoor space is also a great hangout with the inset firetable and lots of seating. However, the best thing is this property's hosts. Tracy went above a beyond, stocking the house with everything our stay needed. It felt like a resort! Tracy was very quick to respond and was super generous. The small downtown area is an easy walk away and has plenty of cute shops, attractions and places to eat. I can't really think of any negatives - I highly recommend this property!

Incredible and unique home!

We were lucky enough to stay at the beautiful Parish house for a girls trip. The house is absolutely gorgeous and so unique, an old church converted into a house perfect for larger groups of friends or family! Every single detail has been thought out both in the design of the house and everything in it. Truly had everything you could need and more. Hosts were so very helpful and kind. If you are looking to stay in the charming town of Three Oaks, don’t hesitate to book here.

Tracy was awesome as a host! She provided us with all nice Dyson hairdryers, bathrooms in all rooms, and a huge sick basement with lots of areas to hang. I had 12 girls and it was so spacious. She also provided extra tables and chairs for us to do hibachi in the backyard one night! If I needed anything she was a quick text away which was super helpful.

We stayed at The Parish House for my bachelorette party, and all of us loved the house! So much that many of the ladies are thinking about renting it in the future for family vacations.The communication with the owner was amazing. She answered all of our questions and you can tell by the details of the house that she thought of everything to make this house feel like a getaway home.We loved the walking distance to everything, that each bedroom has its own bathroom, the open spaces for lounging, the amazing kitchen with every gadget you can think of - it was all perfect!This house was so perfect for a weekend with my girlfriends - I can not recommend this place more!No complaints - the decor and details were amazing!

We can’t give enough praise to The Parish House in Three Oaks, Michigan!. This historically charming, uniquely large and incredibly luxurious accommodation is like a hotel, yet boasts the thoughtful details and service of a bed and breakfast. It deserves more than five stars! Our bachelorette attendees especially enjoyed the most comfortable beds, bathrobes, multiple bathrooms, gathering spaces and kitchen amenities. The owner, Tracy, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay had all the things needed to make our trip just perfect. She provided tables, chairs and decorations for an hired outdoor cookout, beach accessories, contacts for shuttles, local restaurant recommendations and more. Just ask, and Tracy delivered! Her goal was to make our stay in Three Oaks/ New Buffalo unforgettable. We will definitely be back as the space at The Parish House would be perfect for multigenerational family gatherings, football weekend watch parties, Mahjong or Book Club weekends, Bible study groups and more. The cozy and spacious upstairs and downstairs seem perfect for a fall or winter weekend getaway while the huge parking area is ideal for group games and activities. The town of Three Oaks has many charming coffee shops, breakfast and lunch nooks, highly rated dinner options along with many unique boutique and antique shops. We found Three Oaks to be a quiet and more manageable version of New Buffalo during peak season. We shall return!

Exceeded Expectations, the perfect home for large groups

The house was absolutely as advertised. What you see in the photos is what you get in real life. The top floor couldn't be any more perfect. Five massive bedrooms with King beds that flows into a beautiful open concept kitchen that sits right on top of the family room. No shortage of bathrooms and the dual refrigerators with the state-of-the-art kitchen was impeccable. Three of other guys stayed in the room in the basement with plenty of room to spare and plenty of bathrooms as well. All the guys had a fantastic time outside playing catch with the Frisbee and throwing a football around hanging by the fireplace outside under the canopy as well. The host couldn't have been any nicer gave us our space but were there when we needed them in a flash.

Hidden Gem in the heart of Three Oaks

This property was absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail was immaculate. Despite being very aesthetically pleasing with high end finishes, the owner thought of EVERYTHING. Navigating the kitchen was a breeze with labeled drawers, we had every kitchen utensil we could need. Even the bathrooms came with cozy robes and plenty of amenities. We loved having double washer/dryer and double dishwashers (triple if you count the basement kitchen!) My family didn't know what to expect with Three Oaks; candidly, we were staying as a launch point to get to the beach in New Buffalo. But once there, we didn't want to leave! Everything was such a close walk, from the restaurants to a butcher shop and candy store, to the distillery and TONS of bars and restaurants. We even stumbled upon the most beautiful U-Pick flower farm just right up the road. We didn't want to leave! So much charm and SO MUCH to do in Three Oaks!

Beautiful house! Everything was top notch from the stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and beyond. Plenty of on-site parking and great walkable location. Our family of 10 adults thoroughly enjoyed the house and the area. Would definitely recommend.
