The Space:
Living Room – Comfortable couch seating for 3, two chairs, and a 55” TCL Smart TV for relaxing nights.

Dining & Kitchen – Dining table with seating for 4, a bar with 3 stools, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for all your cooking needs.

Outdoor Space – Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the private pool, a grill, and a playground for the little ones.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
🛏 Bedroom 1 (Bunk Room) – Two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), a large closet, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet.

🛏 Bedroom 2 (Master) – King-size bed, full closet, and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, and a tub/shower combo.

Whether you're relaxing by the pool, cooking in the spacious kitchen, or unwinding in the cozy living room, this home is designed for comfort and convenience.

Guests have full access to the entire house, except a closet reserved for the owners.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

★☆ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to 2 dogs less than 50 pounds with a Pet fee of $100.
