The exterior of Beach Escape is painted a chic dark grey, complemented by elegant wood balconies, giving this beach house a classic and sophisticated flair. Step inside to find gleaming wood floors and bright white walls, creating a clean and crisp farmhouse chic ambiance. The open floor concept ensures that entertaining family and friends is a breeze, with the spacious living and kitchen areas offering stunning beach views. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail at every turn, featuring plush furniture, coastal hues, and beach accents that make the space both inviting and relaxing.
The dining table seats eight, with additional seating for two at the kitchen island and three more in the dining area. In the mornings, you can start your day on one of the two outside decks or in the downstairs area, watching the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying breakfast.
The bedrooms at Beach Escape are designed with relaxation and comfort in mind, ensuring a restful retreat after a day of coastal adventures. On the main level, you'll find Bedroom 1 featuring two queen beds configured as a bunk bed, complete with a 50" Smart TV for your entertainment. Bedroom 2 offers four twin beds arranged as two bunk beds, perfect for accommodating guests or family members.
Upstairs, both master bedrooms provide a luxurious escape with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 boasts a spacious walk-in shower, dual sinks, a vanity, a 50" Smart TV, and access to a private deck where you can unwind and take in the stunning beach views. Bedroom 4 offers a shower/tub combination, a 50" Smart TV, and private deck access, allowing you to relax and soak in the serene surroundings. Each master bedroom promises a tranquil haven with thoughtful touches and beautiful views, making Beach Escape the ultimate luxury beach house.
You're just a short stroll from the beach, with convenient access to the neighborhood pool. The ground level offers parking for four vehicles and features two picnic tables, a fire pit with eight chairs, an outdoor shower, and a variety of games, including cornhole, washers, bocce ball, and ring toss. There's even a hammock for relaxing and listening to the waves.
For those who love to entertain, head downstairs to the two picnic tables, a perfect spot for family BBQs with great views of the surroundings. The private fire pit is an inviting place to create memories while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The fully fenced yard ensures that young children can play safely, and the nearby neighborhood park offers additional play space for both kids and pets.
Getting to the beach is a breeze with multiple clear paths to the beach from the house. (Only a 4-5 Min Walk, or 1-2 Min Drive w/ Car or Golf-Cart - easy to rent) Enjoy the convenience of these items provided for our guests at Beach Escape: beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, footballs, a paddle game, a frisbee, and a beach wagon. After a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, equipped with both hot and cold water.
Located in the exclusive Sea Isle neighborhood, situated at the forefront of Galveston's beautiful beach. The neighborhood pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and can be accessed with a guest pass for an additional fee of $100 for up to 10 guests. Pool passes must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA, available Monday through Friday until 5 pm. Passes are not sold after hours or on weekends, so be sure to call the Sea Isle HOA to reserve your pool pass in advance.
Sea Isle also offers a variety of amenities for an enjoyable stay. There is a restaurant and bar on the marina, providing great nightlife options. Additionally, you'll find a public park and playground, fishing spots, tennis courts, a picnic area pavilion, a bait shop, and a convenience store. With so many activities and amenities available, Sea Isle ensures that your stay at Beach Escape will be both relaxing and entertaining.
Sea Isle has a community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and it is $100 for a week long pool pass good for 10 people. The HOA office is onsite next to the pool, their hours are 9 - 5 Monday thru Friday.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on property, including on decks and downstairs patio area.
