Welcome to 26 Ocean Point, a beautifully designed 3-bedroom home that perfectly captures the essence of Lowcountry living. Imagine returning from a sun-filled day at the beach to relax in your private island retreat. This home offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm, featuring two spacious porches overlooking a peaceful lagoon and the award-winning Links Golf Course practice range. Nestled in a secluded neighborhood within Wild Dunes Resort, it provides convenient access to the Ocean Point community pool and a short walk to the private beach path.

2026 Beach Update:

The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project expected to take place Summer–Fall 2026. While a final schedule has not yet been released, work is anticipated to move along the beach in sections, meaning any impact to a specific area is temporary. The Ocean Point neighborhood is not scheduled for beach nourishment.

We will share updates as more details become available and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates.

Description:
Located in the private, gated Ocean Point community at the northernmost tip of Isle of Palms, this home offers a peaceful coastal retreat. The exclusive neighborhood provides a quiet beach experience, making it ideal for relaxation.

Inside, an inviting open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with ample counter space and bar seating for casual dining. The dining area comfortably seats eight, creating a wonderful setting for family meals and shared memories. Adjacent to the dining space, a cozy sitting area is ideal for enjoying a good book or an evening drink, while the main living room offers a plush sectional and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of island adventures.

Step through double doors onto one of two screened-in porches, where you can dine outdoors while taking in the serene views of the lagoon. The upstairs porch, connected to the master suite, provides a private retreat with comfortable loungers and a seating area to enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

All three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with stylish décor and natural light. The spacious master suite features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a conveniently located washer and dryer. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and access to a full hall bathroom, while the bunk room is perfect for kids, featuring two sets of bunk beds and a TV. A third full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located downstairs.

Location & Amenities:
Ocean Point provides a quieter, less crowded beach experience, with gentle waves ideal for young children and leisurely strolls. The neighborhood beach path, located near homes 53 and 54 Ocean Point, leads between holes 17 and 18 of the Links Golf Course to the pristine shoreline. The walk from 26 Ocean Point to the beach takes approximately 5-7 minutes.

The Ocean Point community pool is also nearby, offering a resort-style swimming area with lounge chairs and a covered gazebo for shade. Access to the pool is restricted to Ocean Point guests and requires a fob, which will be provided upon arrival.

Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.
