We had a lovely time. The neighborhood, pool, dock etc were all amazing. Had one small issue during our stay, and they took care of it as quickly as they could. Would def come back again. Was great to be able to bring our boat.

Great family vacation spot !

Perfect for our family of 10 , nice pool , 60 for of dock , tiki hut ! We loved our stay !

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed our time here. The place is clean, very well kept, great amenities, and a great location. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Beautiful Clean Well Maintained

I highly recommend this home. Spacious, very clean, and the pool was warm despite it being 69 degrees outside during most of our trip. Great location with friendly neighbors.

PERFECT! Beautiful home, awesome pool & great fishing

We loved this property! Walking to the beach each morning, fishing the canal, swimming in the pool and great outdoor living! I can't say enough good things about this property! We will be back.

Lobster Trip

Great lobster season with the family, nice place in Key Colony. Loved the large open area which had the kitchen/living/dining room great for us all to gather. The outdoor area was amazing as well, large pool, plenty of shade and seating. I’ve size dock with cleaning table. Ample amount of parking. Nice property!

Truely paradise

The property was absolutely perfect. We were in the Keys for a week for a wedding. It was the most perfect location, easy drive to great restaurants and beaches. Marathon is a great area to stay. We drove to Key West as well for a day, which was also an easy trip to make. We enjoyed the pool which was very warm. The kitchen was well equipped as well. Loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nice home

Overall a nice older home with great storage and freezers for fishermen. Nice pool. Friendly neighbors. Mattresses are on the older side and could use an update. We enjoyed our stay.

Paradise

This property is perfect for a family or friend get together! The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. You cannot beat the heated pool and outdoor sitting areas. Perfect for laying out in the sun, and we even saw manatees swim up to our dock! You could easily be content enjoying what the property has to offer, but the Inch Beach and short drive to Key West were other things we enjoyed :)

Fantastic Stay!

We had an absolute wonderful time on our vacation. The house is located perfectly in Key Colony Beach. There are lots of walking/bike paths, easy stroll to the beach for sunset, and two local places to eat and grab drinks down the road! The house is also super convenient to access all things in Marathon and the rest of the keys. It was set up great for our family: large kitchen, fabulous pool, and beautiful location on the canal. We loved our stay here and hope to return soon. It was perfect!

Amazing week in KCB!

Couldn’t have had a better time in Key Colony. So much to do especially for our teens. From basketball to golf and tennis and pickle ball, or just biking around the community. House was perfect. Amazing pool and well heated in winter. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing!

Beautiful place to stay. The pool is amazing! Also I asked before we went if there was a blender. When we arrived there was a brand new blender in a box waiting for us. Everything you can imagine is there for you! We had a manatee come visit us in the canal. We rented a boat for the week and the house had a perfect dock to park it at. Would recommend this home to anyone.

Best Keys Vacation!

This was a great rental. The Key Colony Beach community is very special. Clean, quiet, and lots of great amenities very close by. There is ample space indoors at the home and the outdoor living space is phenomenal. Had a minor question/issue about the pool on a Sunday and the property manager returned my call within 10 minutes. That minor issue was dealt with the same day, even though it was Sunday. Highly recommended!

House was great but the cleaners did a poor job of having the house cleaned before arrival. Plus the stove was damaged before we got to the house & the owners filed a claim against us like we did the damage, the claim was file a week after leaving the property!

What an incredible property. It was as nice, if not nicer than the listing. VERY well appointed home, we really didn't need anything that wasn't there. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. We will certainly be staying here the next time we come to the area. We grilled burgers, cooked dinner in the kitchen, fished off the dock, hung in the pool, relaxed with cocktails in the tiki hut and made the most of the amenities. Everything was in great shape and we loved the area. We weren't crazy about the beaches in the area, but have discovered the beaches in the keys aren't the draw...boating is the draw in the keys. It's an easy drive to Key West (about an hour and 15 minutes). Just watch because the speed limits are low and the enforcement is high. This property truly made our family vacation something exceptional!

The ceiling vents need to be cleaned or replaced. The kitchen sink has extremely low water pressure, unlike the rest of the house.

Family Vacation

This property is in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. The house size was perfect for us, comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The pool was our favorite place to be and most of our time was spent in it. The pool is nice and warm as they heat it all winter. I would recommend this place as it had lots of amenities and location was easy. Mark was very quick to respond to my texts and answered my question immediately. I don’t like to complain as these aren’t complaints rather than concerns…. I paid an extra 300.00/week to have pool heated, when I checked to make sure it would be on, I was told it’s heated all winter? Not sure why I was charged extra. 2nd thing is, I feel the cleaning company (not the owners) could do a much better job. All in all, it was a super fun family trip, we thoroughly enjoyed the house, especially the pool, definitely would recommend 😊

The home was even better than the pics. When we come back to KCB we will def stay here again!

This home was beautiful and so well layed out. We had myself and husband and 2 daughters, son in law and grandkids (ages 7-14). The kids absolutely loved the pool area. It was so nice to sit under tiki and watch them play. The dock space was great we had a 23 ft and 24 ft boat and had lots of room. The guys loved the bait freezer and extra frog downstairs too. I loved the kitchen so big and modern and so well stocked and I appreciated the labels for drawers made it easier for sure. The livingroom was large enough for all of us to play games or watch movie. 5 stars for this house! Loved it!
