108 Windsor Place - Quiet Private Spacious Upscale Direct Oceanfront Condo

We are excited to be the owners of 108 Windsor Place in Palmetto Dunes! We have twenty years of successful renting experience in Hilton Head with six different properties. While the condo was nicely appointed and updated, we added features such as full length mirrors and charging stations in every bedroom with makeup mirrors and clocks in every bathroom. We are providing new pillows, blankets, and mattress covers.

We have all new kitchen appliances and a new washer and dryer. The building has new windows and doors. We have replaced the door knobs with all new door levers. We have all new faucets in the bathrooms and are replacing the kitchen faucet.

In the condo there is a twelve cup Mr. Coffee machine and a single serve Keurig coffee machine. Filters are provided for the Mr. Coffee. We provide a coffee grinder.

Being particular about the kitchen equipment we have purchased new kitchen Viking stainless steel cookware, new porcelain dishes for twelve, new Oneida stainless steel flatware for twelve, new tall and short beverage glasses for twelve, new wine glasses for twelve, new martini glasses for eight, and new champagne glasses for four. In the kitchen we are adding a tea kettle, stainless steel spatulas, and Henckels knives with wooden knife block.

There is a storage locker in the parking garage filled with beach chairs, beach umbrella, shovel, toys, and wagon. Lock code given to guests. Six beach towels are available in the laundry room for guests to use. If used, guests must wash and dry beach towels prior to departure. Please leave all beach towels for the next guests.

Located oceanfront in Palmetto Dunes Resort, this luxury condo boasts three bedrooms including two king beds, two twin beds, and one queen bed. With amenities like AC, five smart televisions, and free WiFi guests can relax and unwind in style. Brand new 65" smart television in living area and brand new 25" smart television in the kitchen.

The condo is on an elevated first floor with the parking garage below which makes the view a second story view. There are stairs or an elevator to the first floor.

Windsor Place has a main pool that is for adults and is heated mid-March until the end of April and mid-October until the end of November. The main pool is heated to a temperature of 81 to 85 degrees per Federal guidelines. The main pool will NOT feel like a giant hot tub. It is not heated when the nighttime temperature is 62 degrees or below. While the water in the pool may be heated to tepid, the air temperature may be cold or warm. In the South March, April , October, and November have dramatic air temperature swings from one day to the next. The main pool is open beginning March 15 and closes on November 30.

The pool with a splash mushroom is for children. The children's pool is not heated.

The hot tub is open year round and is heated to between 101 and 104 degrees.

There is a covered dining area with three gas grills for guests to use.

** Windsor Place does not allow guests to bring pets. **

** Check-in after 4:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out before 10:00 am on departure day. Times cannot be changed. **

** We provide a QR code for one paid for parking pass. We provide a second QR code for the one or two additional parking passes that may be purchased by the renter at the Pass Office, 16 Queens Folly Road. The Pass Office Drive Thru is open Monday - Sunday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. **

Enjoy your time in Hilton Head Island with the beach, golfing, tennis, pickleball, wind surfing, boating, fishing, nature hikes, biking, outlet shopping, horseback riding, parks, and children's museum with hands on educational activities and a play area with climbing wall and spaceship. Close by are historical Savannah, a winery, a distillery, a tea farm, and historical Daufuskie Island,
