LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Desirable Captain's Cove community!!! Drive right up to this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome right across the street from the beach! If the beach isn’t your thing, we are also a short walk from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, The General Store, The Palmetto Dunes Outfitters with bikes and water sport rentals, restaurants, and 3 world class golf courses. This villa is perfect for a couple or two to enjoy off season, or for a large group in the summer. The location and size also work great for group tennis or golf trips!

Upon arrival you will be delighted to park right in front of our villa and walk up just a few steps to our front deck that has a tiny little peak of the ocean. The entry opens up into a large great room with beautiful lagoon views, and a kitchen that is stocked with everything you need! Stainless Steel appliances, a full-size commercial grade washer and dryer, and a sunny breakfast table complete this updated kitchen. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the entire first floor.

Dining and Great Room: The spacious second dining area seats 6 comfortably and opens up to the great room. The entire space has a comfortable and relaxing vibe for your whole group to enjoy. A 75" smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating enhances the space as well, along with the great lagoon view!

Living Space: Off the great room is a wonderful, bright Carolina room where you can enjoy watching the wildlife and passerby’s in the lagoon! Just off the Carolina room is a large deck with a few steps down to the grass. There is a charcoal grill area right out back as well as a dock. Feel free to bring your kayaks, or rent from the Palmetto Dunes Outfitters, and launch them right out back off the dock. If fishing is your thing, bring your gear!

Bedrooms: There are 2 master suites downstairs. Both first floor masters have king sized beds and full bathrooms. The first master has an updated walk-in shower, and double sinks. The second master has also been updated, and offers a tub/shower combo. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms. The first bedroom is a spacious room with a queen-sized bed, and plenty of extra space for a port-a-crib or extra gear. The second bedroom has built in bunk beds and a separate twin-sized bed. Between the 2 bedrooms is a full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a loft area upstairs with a desk. Televisions can be found in all bedrooms.

How far to the beach: Simply walk out the front door and across the street to the private beach access for the Captain’s Walk and Captain’s Cove villas.

Pool: Enjoy the oceanfront Captain’s Cove/Captain’s Walk pool right across the street. A short 2-minute walk, and you are at the pool with adjacent beach access, in addition to outside showers and bathrooms. There are also gas grills located by the pool. The pool deck is open all year long and the pool is heated March 1- April 30, and October 1- November 30.

About us: We purchased our Captain’s Cove in 2019 after owning a nearby 2-bedroom villa for many years. We are from Cincinnati, Ohio and travel to Hilton Head frequently. We love having all the extra space the 4 bedroom offers, and find that it is not too large for just the two of us, yet plenty spacious when the kids and friends come to visit. The location is one of our favorite things about it, with the beach, tennis, golf and so many restaurants all being right around the corner! We expeciall love driving right up the front door!

Pets: Not a pet friendly rental

The sunrise in the morning on the front deck, and the sunset in the evening on the back deck couldn’t be more peaceful to start and end your days. No matter what activities you chose, coming home to this very comfortable and spacious townhome on the beautiful lagoon will offer you all the comfort you need while on vacation.

Palmetto Dunes collects $35.00 weekly for each car pass. This is not included in your rental price.
