The Space:

Welcome to Pelican Key Haven, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa tucked away in one of St. Maarten’s most desirable neighborhoods. As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the charming facade surrounded by lush greenery. Inside, the villa boasts a bright and open living space with modern furnishings, large windows, and vaulted ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.



The highlight of the villa is its private pool, framed by palm trees and a sun-soaked terrace, perfect for unwinding with a drink in hand or splashing with family and friends. Outside of 2nd floor bedroom, there is a small office space, perfect for remote work. This bedroom also has an ensuite providing comfort and privacy to all guests.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the modern kitchen, spacious living areas, and the private pool and terrace. Secure on-site parking is available for convenience. Whether enjoying the indoors or the stunning outdoor spaces, the villa offers complete privacy and comfort.



The neighbor gate closes at 6pm-6am. You can always access the property by walking in. We have 2 gate clickers in the first door table drawer right when you enter the front door. Additionally, there are spare keys for the regular locks in the drawer.

Getting Around:

From Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM): A quick 10-minute drive will bring you to Pelican Key Haven. Follow Airport Road toward Simpson Bay, continuing along the scenic coastal route to Pelican Key.



From Cruise Port (Port Philipsburg): A taxi ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Inform your driver you’re heading to Pelican Key, and enjoy the drive past some of the island’s most picturesque spots.



From Ferry Terminals: Whether arriving in Marigot or Simpson Bay, a 20- to 30-minute taxi ride will bring you to the villa. Rental cars are also available for flexible transportation.
