Beautiful, quiet spot

We had a great stay - the villa was large, clean, and well-appointed. The pool is very nice. Views are spectacular, and the area is very quiet, especially if you're used to the busier areas of St. Maarten.

Donald the property manager was a gentleman, great villa, 3 room, 3 bed, place was clean, gave us a 6pack and a bit of water. The view is astonishing, the beach near has huge wage but its fun. There are neighbors living on the same property. Theres everything you might need in philipsburg,10 minutes by car form the villa, but you do need a car. Overall great experience there, would book again.

Beautiful location with a view to die for. Very quiet neighbourhood with the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. Lovely pool and deck to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Slice of heaven in St Martin

What a wonderful home away from home! The location was wonderful. The views were spectacular. The house was in immaculate condition! We loved our short time, only wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this lovely house if you are fortunate enough to vacation in St Martin!

Fantastic view with plenty of room. The evening breeze is amazing. Nice pool with complete privacy. Gated access to property in an exclusive neighborhood but yet only minutes to anywhere.

Home away from home

We love the view, the large covered deck/veranda, the pool, the spaciousness of the villa and easy short drive to Philipsburg. It may be one of the older villa’s on the island but undeniably a gem. Shirley & Brian G.

Excellent Property!

This property had everything we wanted…lots of room indoors and out, a beautiful pool, privacy, and the most gorgeous views imaginable! Property Manager Donald Webster was superb, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in with us periodically to see how things were going. He was very professional and personable, and he made sure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property, and if I ever come back to Sint Maarten again, I will definitely stay here!

A paradise on Earth

My experience, and that of my wife, was wonderful. The breathtaking views that this property affords one is worth staying at this property. The property, though on the Dutch side, is less than 10 minutes drive to the French border. It is close to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. I will always stay at this property when i visit St. Maarten.

Amazing Property

This property is a must-stay for people visiting St. Maarten. The property was very clean and up-to-date. The view of St, Bart, the ocean, and the surrounding area is fabulous. The cool breeze and the ocean sound at night can easily lure someone to sleep. The property manager was outstanding in his communication as the check-in process was very smooth. Thank you Jon! You have a wonderful property, I look forward to bringing my family soon to enjoy this property, as it is located close to shopping and the beaches.

A week in paradise!

What a wonderful place to stay! This is our second time in this villa and we love it even more the second time. The view is amazing and the breezes from the sea keep us coming back. The layout of the villa is spacious and comfortable, and we spent a lot of time in the pool looking out at the sea, relaxing. The terrace facing the water is a lovely place for enjoying meals and refreshment, or for just reading a book after a day exploring the island. Beds and furniture are comfortable and the villa is well equipped. The location is convenient to downtown, yet isolated enough to get away from the hubbub of the city. A gem!

Beautiful Place view was breath taking.

From the start of our vacation Jon and his wife Sianna made us feel at home by having their property manager meeting us at the air port and escorting us to our villa,and he took us around the villa showing us the in side and out side. The pool was private we love that the bed was very comfortable the view was very very beautiful the villa was every thing that was describe on the web site. Restaurant and Bars and supermarkets all close by walking trails as well. We loved it very much and planed to return again .Thank You Jon and Sianna . Anna and Anthony

Amazing views but dilapidated vila

The vila has an amazing view of Guana Bay, the mountains and Saint Barthélemy. The villa is located in a secluded quiet neighborhood. The Villa is advertised as two bedrooms with two bathrooms, nowhere does it indicate that the second bathroom is in the owners private bathroom that is not for the renters use, so to use the second bathroom one has to awkwardly walk through the owners room that is full of the owners personal stuff. The villa is dilapidated especially the kitchen and bathroom.

A great "find"

We have stayed on St. Martin many times but we have to say this villa was a great "find". It is in a quiet area, easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, beaches, hiking and groceries. The villa was clean, comfortable, roomy and the view just awesome. The large pool was sparkling clean and we enjoyed it everyday after a day of sight-seeing, shopping or hiking. The Butterfly Farm and the Bird Park/Parotte Ville were delightful, we loved them (best to go early in the day to Butterfly Farm and Bird Park). The Greenhouse Restaurant in Phillipsburg takes less then 10 minutes to get to and was one of our favorites. The owners and manager were kind and helpful; overall we were very happy with this lovely villa and would definitely recommend it.

Miscommunication followed with threats from host.

Property needs updates but view is amazing. Unfortunately one traveler’s passport was missing. We checked out and filled a police report. We were invited to come back and look for the passport. We were told that since the place had not yet been clean out of courtesy we could stay until our rebooked flight the next day. Upon waking up we were told that we should pay for an extra night. We did not bring any bags back on and stayed in town till well after 3AM. We met with the manager at 6:30 am. Since most of our party left we would have made more reasonable accommodations for one night had the owner said he wanted to charge us for the extra night. What appeared to be a nice gesture now feels like a blackmailing. Not a good experience.

Pretty much love everything about the villa! The best location, easy access to Philipsburg for restaurants, shopping, and beaches. French side is a short drive away also. Property manager as well as owners were easily accessible. Wonderful vacation! Thank you.

VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS!!

My family (of 5) recently stayed at fleur de mer. The pictures give a completely accurate idea of what the location looks like, no surprises. What a great location, the views of the ocean are amazing, views from every bedroom. We never used the air conditioning, the breeze off the ocean keep us cool during the night. The main patio is a dream; we spent most of our time there staring out at the Atlantic. The villa has pretty much everything you need, as well as some great extra’s like pool towels and chairs for the beach. There is a ton of space, which is nice when when you come with a big group. Phillipsburg is only a 6 min drive away and the nearest grocery store, Mr K’s is literally a 2 min drive (try his ham and cheese croissants, so good). Marie the property manager was GREAT, always available when needed if anything came up. The owner is also very accessible and gave us an introductory phone call a week before we came, really great touch! Some things to note: The island is still recovering from the hurricane, but most of the beaches, at least on the Dutch side are back in action. French side seems to still be struggling a bit, in Grand Case some structures that look pretty rough. With that in mind we still had an amazing time., we spent quite a few days at the pool, you really do not want to leave that view. Mosquitoes were pretty aggressive while we were there, and due to the open concept of the villa we got bit pretty bad. The villa kindly provides repellant, but if you allergic like my sister is, you definitely want to make sure you have your medication with you. Bring a sweater! The breeze is cooling during the day, and can get a little chilly at night, but that may be due to the time of year.

The accommodations are so nice, the views are spectacular and we are within 5 min. from stores etc..

There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room to not feel crowded. The pool was awesome. Always clean and refreshing in between sunning 😎 The kitchen has all the necessities as well as the bedrooms, bathrooms and family/dining room. One place of notewothiness is Chesterfields restaurant, about an 8 minute drive. We went there once on a recommendation from the property caretaker and went a second time by choice 🤠 And, speaking of the caretaker, what a pleasant, personal and professional person. She was always avalible, knowledgeable and Johnnie on the spot. We were also impressed with the owner of the property who contacted us a couple of times to make sure that we were pleased with everything and if there was anything we needed. This is day 4 and we're about ready to leave and we're reminiscing the memories already. Thank you to the caretaker and owner for making this a special time for us. God bless.

Private gated villa and minutes walk to Guana Bay secluded Beach. Less than 2 mins drive to Phillipsburg boardwalk/beaches. Dining, shopping, and swimming are all on the boardwalk. 5 minutes drive to the French side for more shopping, fine dining, and swimming.
Guana Bay Beach is only a short walk (less than 3 minutes) from the villa. One of the quietest beaches on the Island, away from vendors intruding your quiet. private time on the beach.
