Experience the vibrant coastal ambiance of this two-bedroom, two-bath beachside condo as you step inside and are greeted by brightly colored furnishings that evoke a sense of the seaside. With tile flooring in the main areas and wood floors in the bedrooms, the condo exudes a clean and fresh aesthetic.

The bright white kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious Florida meals. The open dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar.

The spacious master suite offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and features a king bed and a luxurious glass shower in the master bath. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a combination tub and shower in the guest bathroom. For additional sleeping accommodations, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room.

Unwind and take in the breathtaking scenery from your private balcony on the thirteenth floor, whether enjoying your morning coffee or savoring a happy-hour cocktail while watching a beautiful sunset.

Beachside One boasts a newly decorated lobby and sits directly on the beach, just steps away along the beach boardwalk. Guests can enjoy amenities such as WiFi, a fitness center, and a seasonally heated pool and hot tub.

For dining and entertainment options, head to the Village at Baytowne Wharf, offering a variety of restaurants ranging from fine dining to casual fare. Alternatively, catch the latest movie at Grand Boulevard's ten-screen cinema. With over ten miles of paved trails for jogging and bicycling, a nature walk area, three public golf courses, and tennis courts, Sandestin's 2400 acres provide ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.

Beautiful View in Great Community

Having the ocean outside your window is one thing that you know will be incredible - especially from the 13th floor but this property is part of a collection of other communities featuring multiple golf courses, basketball courts, pickle ball, putt putt golf but there’s also multiple restaurants, arcade, grocery store, and so many fun things for your family… you really don’t have to leave plus very secure area overall.

As pictured

Clean unit with great views. Dated interior, in need of new paint, windows, and new mattresses, and water pressure needs to be corrected, but generally as pictured, worked well for our family, and was clean and located in a great building with a relatively quiet beachfront area (which wasn’t the case for any of the surrounding properties that were jam packed on the beach). Thanks for having us!

We saw a great concert there on Wednesday night and then enjoyed the white sand beautiful beach during the day. So close to so many different restaurants and things to do. Also, there is a Walmart five minutes away, which made it easy to get any supplies and food we needed for our stay. We would totally recommend this place to anybody. Looking for a fun family trip.

Week in Destin

The location was good. Close to the elevator up high for a nice view. The master bedroom was a bit warm compared to the rest of unit. My husband is 6 foot 8 so the bathroom shower was a bit too short for him. Overall a nice stay. The unit could use some updating. But ideal for the price.

The major limitation was that the pool is under construction and will not be ready till later in the season. Other than that. It’s a beautiful unit.

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the property. Mildew does tend to accumulate quickly in the beachfront properties when the patio doors are open while the AC is on. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was amazing. The suite was not, counted no less than 8 mouse traps throughout the suite, black debris coming from the air vents, rusted air vents and stained furniture. Place is way outdated and leaves you with the felling that is is unclean.

Great location with some problems.

The condo is in a great location but the owner should consider the folllowing: Replace the master bedroom mattress, it is the worse my wife and I have ever encountered anywhere. Replace the louvred door in the master bedroom with a normal, solid door. It does not provide visual or acoustical privacy. The two remotes in the master bedroom would not control the tv. The area rug in the living needs to be replaced.

Great beach vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the beach, easy access to groceries (nearby Publix), and all the amenities a family could need. The condo was clean, check-in process easy, very spacious, and during the Covid crisis it was easy to have meals delivered via UberEats and GrubHub. The master bedroom was perfect with superb views. The two-twin bedroom was just right for our two children. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook. There was no proper cutting board and the knives were very dull, but that's on par with most vacation rentals. One of the elevators was down the first day, which would have made this a challenging vacation since this condo is on the 13th floor, but it was fixed first thing Monday morning so no issues. Sadly, not all the guests honored the wearing masks in the indoor public spaces (like elevators), but we did our part. Overall it was a great condo and we had an amazing time. Our youngest cried on the last day because she wanted to stay longer...so she took photos of every room. It's the mark of a great vacation home.

The Property Management company is easy to work with and I really enjoyed the ease of the app. The condo is fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and floats. Everything in the unit worked and seemed to be in good condition. The only negative thing I can say about this unit is we did see a few dead bugs under and behind things. I'm sure this is where they spray and it was overlooked by the cleaning people. We also had a small issue with ants around the windows n the master bedroom. However none of these issues were a big deal. The condo is on the 13th floor so it provides spectacular views. We never heard any of our neighbors above or beside us. Overall it is a beautiful property and we will stay again.

We do apologize for the pesky bugs that you came across. Yes, you are correct that we do spray our units often in the summer to try and prevent any issues that could occur. Dirty and Moldy

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the floors were so dirty they made my toddlers feet black within a few minutes. We had to personally mop the entire condo. Then, we noticed the mold. All over the guest bedroom ceiling and all around the AC vents in the living area. We called about the mold, and they sent someone with a house arrest ankle monitor on to wipe our ceiling with bleach bath cleaner. This doesn’t seem like it was a very safe way to remove the mold from the ceilings. The entire condo not only reeked of bleach, but also keep in mind we’re aerosolizing mold, and the person doing it has an ankle monitor on for who knows what. On a less serious note, the guest room also has no curtains and is as bright as daylight the entire night due to the lights in the hallway. Overall I felt like my toddler was extremely unsafe in this condo and platinum did not offer any sort of solution to the issue, discount, or refund other than wiping it with bath cleaner. Will not be returning to this condo.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo on the 13th floor had a superb view!! The balcony was awesome! It faces the beach directly. The beach was gorgeous. The pool, however is very small for the size of the building. We didn't use the pool much. We loved the sundeck though and had a great view of the beach! We loved the location of this property in Sandestin; close to everything. The condo itself is in need of a major update! The pictures make it look a lot better than it really was. It's old and feels dirty. The furniture is stained and we didn't even want to sit on the couch or the chairs. The master bedroom is big with a huge master bath and closet and wonderful view, but the guestroom and 2nd bath are very small and cramped. The beds are not very comfortable and the guestroom comforters are dirty. There was a dead roach (big palmetto bug) in the center of the kitchen floor when we arrived. We did not tell the management because it was dead but coincidentally the pest control people came and sprayed while we were there. The pullout sofa bed was extremely dirty and very uncomfortable. We loved the location at Sandestin but will look for another condo next time,one that is more updated and hopefully cleaner.

Dear Alena, We thank you for sharing your comments. We just had all living area furniture steamed cleaned however; the owner has agreed to purchase a NEW SOFA with a sleeper for their guest. As a property manager we do take care of things for guest and owners however; we do not sleep or stay in the condos. We rely on our guest to communicate to use if they should need anything. As I am sure you saw , it has been quite a rainy season this far. This makes bugs look for shelter and unfortunately they do show up from time to time in our units. This is topical Florida. Non one like to encounter a bug but it was dead . We are spraying more often this season to help with the pesky bugs. I am pleased you mentioned the huge sun deck with this condo. Very few units have these and they are fantastic. You are up high in your own secluded sunning area that over looks the Tranquil Gulf of Mexico. What an amazing site. We hope you will consider staying again in one of our 75 units at the Resort. You will get a 10% returning guest discount if you book through Platinum Vacations of Destin so give us a call. Excellent Week at Beachside One!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful week at Beachside One! The ocean view is breathtaking, as you walk into the condo for the first time. The view from the main bedroom is great, as well. The condo was very clean, maintained, and supplied with all the necessary amenities for the week. The manager checked in with us via text throughout the week. The pool is the most beautiful pool I’ve ever seen! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I never write reviews, but had to for this place. We knew the location was great, but had no idea how great. Having a13th floor front row view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico was incredible. Amazing sunrises and sunsets!!! The amenities that come with being inside the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort footprint were out of this world. Pickleball, tennis, mini golf, golf, basketball, walking paths, swimming, beach gear, security, gated parking, and MORE! And, the multiple high-scale shopping and dining options less than 10 minutes away were exquisite. Thank YOU 4135 Beachside One!!!
