Las Brisas Villa #2 is a minute's walk to the beach. It's within Las Brisas Condos & Villas and is a spacious 2,500 sq.ft. (606 meters) 2-story 3 bedroom/2.5 bath detached home that offers a lot of comfort that accommodates up to 6 persons. This is perfect for families, friends and couples. Upstairs you'll find the Master bedroom with private bathroom w/ceiling fan, King size bed, large closets, and a balcony with views of the ocean, tropical trees, exotic birds and howler monkeys. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and third bedroom has two Twin beds.The second bathroom in hallway.
Downstairs offers an open floor plan, kitchen fully equipped with a large granite counter with 4 chrome stools plus dining table that seats 6 persons. In the comfortable living room there is a sectional sofa, coffee & side table, a flat screen television with 70 cable channels & internet. All bedrooms have linens and bathrooms have towels. Beach towels available too.
Also, a Futon and guest bathroom, laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & board and sink. A/C units and ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs. Front patio has a patio table for 6, stainless steel bar-b-que grill, ceiling fan and an awning to keep you in the shade. On your walks within the complex you will enjoy the salt water swimming pool (24X48/ 3 to 6 feet deep) and it's lovely landscaping with tropical plants, brightly colored flowers and lots of fruit trees. Also at the entrance of complex there is 24/7 security guards & guard house and one marked parking space available for Guest. I also provide a play pen and a high chair if you need them just let me know in advance.
As a Guest you have free access to the Condovac Resort next door and all amenities such as infinity pool with swim up bar, children pool, tennis/basketball courts, live music and shows. Also 20% discount on food & beverages.
The surrounding area: Santa Rosa and Rincon de la Vieja National Parks about an hours drive away. Monteverde Cloud Forest and active Volcano Arenal about a 2-3 hour drive away. Deep-sea fishing and Witches Rock about 25 minutes away by boat. Playa Coco with lots of handicrafts, nightlife and restaurants are only about a 15 minute drive from Las Brisas.
