Great location. The beach chairs and wagon were so helpful. Thank you for letting us borrow them. The putt putt was a fun addition to the pool. The alarm on the back door is super annoying, but I know there is nothing you can do about that. The shower does not drain and that is kind of gross but we made it work. The location is really spectacular so it is a great house.

We’re glad the beach chairs and wagon came in handy, and that the pool and putting green gave you another way to enjoy the home. We appreciate you mentioning the shower drainage as well. We’ll pass that along to our team so it can be checked. We also understand the back-door alarm can be a little inconvenient, though it is there as part of the home’s safety setup. Property was exactly as described in the listing. Perfect size for our family of four. Outdoor offerings were great. House was stocked with plenty of beach accessories which were greatly appreciated, including chairs, umbrellas, and a cart. The beach, shops, and restaurants were all easily walkable. The only reason we moved our vehicle during our stay was to check out Coquina beach and eat at Anna Maria Oyster Bar on the pier. Great location, great property, great experience!

Wonderful home and outdoor space. The pool and putting green in the back yard was perfect for our boys. Very clean, and neatly decorated home. A block or two away from beach, food and shopping. We’d come again!

Property was beautiful inside and outside. We spent so kuch time outside with the family in the pool and putting on the green, and of course taking the quick walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this property for a family vacation getaway.

The house looks brand new inside, Great back yard, very nice pool, lots of outside seating, including screen in porch, nice grill and even a putting green. Short walk to the beach and they have, Chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a cart to pull everything. Walking distance to several Restaurants and local bars. We will definitely be back soon! We had a Great time!

Didn't meet the host. All done by email. Very efficient. Easy to use website. 2 bed house was perfect for a beach stay. Everything you need including a pool and outside seating area with mini golf. Only downside was one bathroom between four people but we managed for 2 days.

Great first visit to AMI

The house was perfect for our family of three. We loved that we could walk to the beach or bay, hang out in the pool, and walk to all the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. Didn't use our car once. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. The property management company was very responsive. We'd definitely stay at this house again and would be happy to stay at other houses managed by this company.

Magnolia Shores was our dream vacation home. It was so beautiful and tastefully decorated, everything was new and in spotless condition. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and the pool was a true highlight. The whole pool deck is very well laid out and offers lots of privacy and style.The patio is screened, but overall there were no bugs on the property. We enjoyed the putting green and the outdoor shower (you even can take a hot shower outside).The house is perfectly located, only two blocks from the beach, within 4 minutes walking distance. You do not need to search for a special beach on AMI, the one near the house is just perfect. We've been to many beaches all over the world but have never seen this fine, white powdered flour-like sand. Right next to it is the Sandbar restaurant, a great spot for a sunset dinner. Many other restaurants and cafes are nearby.The beach equipment in the garage is high quality, with a large handcart and 6 beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. We didn't try out the gas grill, but will do so next time...This house is a dream house for families or a small group. It is bright, imoeccably clean and smells fresh and welcoming. The contact with the host A.M.I. Accomodations was smooth, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. I would give more stars if I could. Only downside was that we only stayed for three nights. Next time, it will definitely be longer.
