Two commercial grade convection ovens a 6 burner with grill commercial grade gas stove top as well as a large microwave. The home has large side by side refrigerator, Ice maker, a wine fridge and two dish washers. There is also a BBQ. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools any Chef would need. Even Juicers, Blenders, crockpots, pasta machines, and more are included. The glasses are crystal,the knives are Henkel and the silver is Reed & Barton all in keeping with your luxury vacation.

Between the kitchen and the dining area is a fully functional wet bar complete with liquor and glass storage as well as wine fridge and icemaker.
The dining area…
features a custom hand crafted distressed buffet and an old world Dining table that opens to comfortably seats 14 people. The Italian leather high back chairs, rustic chandelier, ceiling design and of course the views help create the true Italian dining experience
The living room…
has two large leather sofas, a fire place and a 60 inch LCD flat screen TV with wireless internet. Inside the storage cabinets is a whole home stereo system with DVD and wireless computer.
The Master suite…
The two bedroom master is complete with two TVs, Fireplace, a king and a queen bed. There is King bed In one room and a Queen in the other. The Views from the master are unmatched in all of Newport Beach. From the Master you hear the waves crashing on the Beach and water rippling as the wakes gently reach the docks and shore.
Master bath…
Sitting between the two rooms of the suite is the master bath which has both a large two person spa bath tub and a multi head steam shower with body washers and over sized pipes for incredible water pressure and quick fill. From the tub and shower you can enjoy the fireplace and those harbor views. The his and hers sinks reflect the views and fire place as well. The entire home has filtered and soft water to make for a spa like bath.

The theater features a 900 bottle wine display, wet bar, wine chiller and popcorn machine.
