Leinaala 205 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished condo with custom designed tile flooring. There's a window and ceiling fan in every room, including the bathroom, and you are well-placed to catch the calming ocean breezes. A spacious king bedroom has two floor to ceiling windows for cross ventilation, a desk and chair, and an additional smart TV for streaming. Behind plantation style doors there is a large custom closet with a built-in dresser and storage for extra pillows and blankets, towels, cooler, and beach chairs. The second bedroom with a queen bed also has a custom-built closet with dresser. Both bedrooms have AC units, as does the living room. The renovated bath has a large tiled shower including a seat and shower bar, and both rain and handheld spray shower heads.
The great room includes a fully-equipped upgraded kitchen with all you need for any meal preparation, lots of storage, granite countertops and peninsula, stainless steel appliances, plus a unique dining table with a carved elephant base. The living area includes a smart TV for streaming and cable. Free Wi-Fi anywhere in the unit. The rooms are decorated with Pacific Islander art, fine ceramics and Asian inspired furniture.
For outdoor activities, 205 is supplied with beach towels and chairs, a cooler and even a bocce ball set to play on the ocean side lawn. Leinaala has an oceanfront pool and tennis and pickleball courts are a few steps away. Leinaala is set back from the street, with an assigned parking place.
