Dining Room (Top Level): The dining room is equipped with a stunning wooden table with seating for up to 8 people. There is extra seating just steps away at the kitchen island making plenty of space for the whole group to gather!

Wet Bar (Top Level): Just past the dining room you will find a wet bar with a mini fridge to store any beverages items you may have.

Half bath (Top Level): There is also a stunning half bath with beautiful glass counter tops, a fun stone sink, and even a heated toilet seat!

Primary Suite (Top Level): Head past the kitchen to find your private oasis with a European King-sized bed. This beautiful master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows adorning the corner of the home and a small Romeo and Juliet style balcony. You will also find a small seating area to enjoy some morning coffee or a good book in private. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a luxurious walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a marble bench, a towel warmer for those chilly days, and even a heated toilet seat!

Lower Level: The downstairs offers a peaceful retreat with three bedrooms, a cozy reading nook with bean bag seating and games under the stairs, and a spacious mudroom for all your outdoor gear.

Den: A versatile room with a futon that easily transforms into a full-size bed, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. Families will appreciate the crib included, and a dedicated desk provides a convenient workspace.

Bedroom 2: This bunk room is ideal for groups, offering two twin beds and a US queen bed. An en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub provides added convenience.

Bedroom 3: Enjoy the light-filled ambiance of this bedroom, featuring a luxurious European king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, showcasing a large walk-in shower with a stylish marble built-in bench, and a luxurious heated towel rack.

Sauna: Step into relaxation immediately upon entering the home, where a spacious sauna awaits, comfortably seating up to four guests.

Hot Tub: Just outside the back door of the home is a 6-person hot tub, perfect for soaking after a day on the slopes!

Laundry Room: Across from the sauna, there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Office Space: In the bedroom that has the crib and futon, there is a desk that can be used for remote work.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are provided. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

This home has space for 3 vehicles total. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
