This beautiful Palm Garden Resort Villa is located in a gated community with 24 hour security within the private Wyndham Rio Mar Golf & Spa Resort. Golf cart is available at additional cost.

The villa is located on the ground floor, features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath, cozy living area with TV, dining area, full kitchen, laundry, and large balcony with views of the garden and golf course. The apartment have central A/C, and one assigned parking space is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. Dishes, pots and pans and small kitchen appliances are also available. The first bedroom features a walk-in closet, one king size bed, with a private balcony and a full bathroom (two sinks). The second bedroom features two queen size beds with a closet and a full bathroom. One of the living room sofas converts to a full size bed. The apartment has basic cable TV with basic WiFi,. There are 3 smart TVs, one on each bedroom and one in the living room. For your convenience, the property is equipped with bodyboards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels and cooler.

The complex amenities includes a private pool with tables, chairs and chaise lounges, kids and playground. The Wyndham Resort offers Casino, Two Championship Golf Courses (Ocean and River), Tennis Center with 13 clay/hard courts, the famous Mandara Spa, and 11 restaurants and lounges throughout the resort, and Water Sports Center. Guests are not allowed to use the Hotel pools.

You can enjoy outlet shopping at The Factory Outlets, and/or regular shopping at other shopping areas.

There are endless dinning possibilities, from casual dining to Steak houses and Japanese Cuisine.

A trip to the Old San Juan, San Juan Metro Area and/or museums and shows is less than a 30 minutes drive, with good roads and expressways.

Either for a couple or a whole family, the apartment has excellent accommodations, the Resort provides plenty of activities, and the area offers a wide range of entertainment for all ages, and all interests.

Josselyn was very quick in responding to texts. It’s in a quiet area . The unit rooms were all on one floor and easy to get around. Would stay here again

We had an incredible time and really enjoyed our stay in this villa. We were traveling with our 2 teenage kids who loved the idea of each getting their own Queen size bed. The unit was very clean and spacious. Josselyn was a great host - extremely quick to respond to any questions. Definitely take her up on her suggestions for places to eat. We tried nearly all of them and they were great! We also rented the golf cart, which was a nice way to get back and forth to the beach. You aren’t able to use the pool at the private beach club, but you can use the chairs on the beach at no cost, which is nice. We also used the restroom, which was very nice, with no issues. The unit is also stocked with a TON of beach gear (chairs, towels, etc), which was great! You can easily run or walk through the Wyndham resort property safely, which was a nice way to get some exercise. My son played golf one day and really enjoyed that as well. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to future trips here as well! Thank you!

Best vacation ever !!!

Perfect place to stay !! I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It has the perfect location to visit a lot of attractions at the east side of PR. Josselyn is always available and willings to help via text or phone.

Brief and lovely stay

Communication with Josselyn was instantaneous and she provided so many great suggestions for food and beaches to visit. We stayed on the property most of the time and enjoyed the awesome tennis courts and swimming pools. The beach was a quick golf car ride away and the water was warm and lovely. Bedrooms, showers and balcony all very nice. A great trip was had by all.

Relaxing, Quiet and Enjoyable

This was the perfect place to reconnect with family members, we enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoors on the balcony and having fun at the play ground, in the community pool with our grandson. The condo was a short drive to the beautiful beach! Having the golf cart available was a bonus! The property manager is awesome - very responsive if you have any questions!

Palm Garden Resort Villa is a blanket of Paradise

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Palm Garden Resort Villa for the first time. Luxury accommodations at affordable price. Paradise completely surrounding us. The grounds, resort, staff and accommodations were lovely, clean, professional and we were treated like family. Whether you choose to surf all day or enjoy a spa treatment our just sit in the immaculate sand, Palm Gardens is a return to vacation destination for generations! Thank you for having us and highly recommended! I've had the great opportunity to travel too many countries and I have to admit, Wyndham Rio Mar is hands down, my all time favorite place!! We already booked our next vacation dates with you!

Great tropical get away for a family with kids

The general location in Rio Mar village is great. There is a really nice (and totally empty!) pool 2min walk away, plus the beach (with another pool) a few mins drive away. You definitely want either a car and/or golf cart, as the beach is too far to comfortably walk. The apartment is on the ground floor not far from the entrance to the complex. There is a gas grill on the terrace (you may need to buy gas for it), and the kitchen is updated with new appliances. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but the host was very responsive and got these fixed within 24 hours. Great place for a family beach/pool vacation. Also El Junque rainforest is a short drive away - I recommend reserving entry 30 days before as there are limited tickets to enter the restricted zone and these sell out, although some parts can be accessed without a reservation (use the recreation.gov app). Angelita falls is also a nice spot for an afternoon (see Google maps for pictures)

The Villa was absolutely perfect. Clean and beautiful The location was great We had access to a pool right in front of the beach the kids loved it. There is also a pool and playground right near our unit which is walkable. We did rent the golf cart,which I think was my kids favorite part of the vacation :). I highly recommend renting it. We will definitely rent the Villa again. The grounds are stunning and there is a lot to do in this area. We did zip lining in the el Yunque rain forest and surf lessons and snorkeling in Luquillo. All within a 25 minute or less drive. It was so much fun. You do need a car if you plan to do things outside of the resort. Driving here is fine. No problems. Also the host was amazing. She got back to me in seconds of sending a message. I actually got a little sick and needed a doctor. She was able to help me and I got a prescription from a pharmacy she recommended. We had an amazing trip!

Another amazing stay

My boyfriend and I and our two Chihuahuas just returned from a 10 day vacation at Josselyn’s villa. It was our second time to stay at Josselyn’s villa, since we loved it so much during our first stay. Josselyn is an amazing host. Whenever we had questions, Josselyn got back to us right away. So, she definitely made reserving the villa and our stay very easy and enjoyable. Her villa is spacious, very clean, and has everything you would need. Josselyn added some nice new furniture in the living room and balcony. The main bathroom was updated with new mirrors, which made the bathroom brighter. We stayed at a number of villas within the Wyndham property, including the beach front villa. But, Josselyn’s villa is definitely our favorite. It’s conveniently located on the ground floor, great for taking the dogs out at night. The view from the balcony is amazing with a view of tropical garden and Yunque. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Josselyn also has a great golf cart. We rented it during our entire stay. It is definitely more fun to drive around the property in a golf cart than getting in a car. We didn’t have to worry about parking when we went to restaurants in the hotel, which was so convenient. Once again, we loved our stay at Josselyn’s. We are already planning our next trip to stay at her villa. Thank you, Josselyn for letting us stay at your beautiful villa. You are an amazing host and we cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful villa

My boyfriend and I stayed at Josselyn’s villa for 7 days with our 2 Chihuahuas. The property is very well maintained. Josselyn’s villa is super clean, beautiful and roomy. We stayed in 3 different villas within Wyndham Rio Mar property in the past, including a beach front villa. But, I have to say that Josselyn’s villa was our favorite. We liked staying on the ground floor because we had dogs and it was definitely more convenient. We rented a golf car during our whole stay. This made moving around within the property easier and extra fun. It was worth it. Josselyn’s golf cart is brand new, shiny red with super fancy rims. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1 bathroom had a tub and the main bathroom has a shower with lots of room with double sinks. The bed was very comfortable and AC worked very well in all rooms. The kitchen is also large and fully stocked. Whatever you would need can be found in the kitchen, from pots and pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker etc. We cooked breakfast daily and enjoyed it in the patio every morning. We also cooked dinner for a few nights. The patio has a nice big table, barbecue grill as well as two lounge chairs. The property has a number of restaurants. We liked Roots Coastal Kitchen, located in the hotel the best. The restaurant also has a takeout section. They have great pizzas. Octopus was so soft and delicious. We also dined at Iguanas Cocina Puertorriquena, located at the Club House, which specializes in Puerto Rican flavors. Everything that we ordered was a bit too salty. So we only went there once. We had lunch at Hole in One, also located around the Club House. We used the golf cart to go to all restaurants in the property. From Josselyn’s villa, the beach is about 5 minute drive in a golf cart. The beach has lots of beach chairs. But, if you want to sit away from everyone, the villa also has portable beach chairs, along a cooler. The property has a very nice beach. It seems to go on for miles, perfect for daily walks. Unlike a beach in Condado, it is definitely more peaceful, especially during weekdays. Finally, I would like to thank Josselyn for providing us with excellent customer service, before we arrived in Puerto Rico as well as during our stay. She is responsive and consistently got back to us quickly anytime we had questions. We were very happy with the villa. The villa had everything that we needed (having washer and dryer was a plus) and we cannot wait to go back.

The property was as described, very clean and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay and then some. The in unit washer and dryer was a great amenity.

A great area and spacious condo

The condo is in the Wyndham resort and gives you access to nice pools and a beautiful beach. The condos is on the first floor and provides a small view of the beautiful golf course and mountains. We enjoyed the benefits of the resort and restaurants. Josellyn is attentive to your needs and the house is stocked for cooking . However, be prepared to drive to everything or rent a golf cart.

Comfortable, Well-Appointed Vacation Home with a Stellar View

A comfortable, well-appointed place to stay. Gorgeous view of the mountains, landscape, and a golf hole from the lovely balcony. The kitchen was well stocked as we used it often for breakfast and lunch. Using the golf cart, we ate at several of the hotel restaurants. The day we rented a car, we did some sight seeing and ate outside the gated community. There were about 10 stairs to go down to get into the single level property. The living area and sleeping accommodations were comfortable. The property owner was very responsive to questions. A great place to stay.

Very nice place to stay for a PR Vacation.

The Wyndham resort is a cart ride away. The condo was very nice and as described. We made use of the optional/addon golf cart. Great to have for the ride to the resort to use the services and visit the small casino. The condo is on the 1st level down which is below street level and the view from the balcony is toward the 1st hole of the river course of RioMar. The building was being repainted during our stay, however we did not hear the workers. The bedrooms were very nice. The master had a huge space and and bathroom and the 2nd bedroom had 2 queens and a bathroom. We enjoyed it very much and would revisit this place in the future.

Stunning views, dreamy amenities

The villa was sparkling clean and very spacious. The golf cart is such a convenient perk and the best way to get down to the beach. The scenery, large patio (including a private patio accessible through the master bedroom), and location can't be beat. We had fantastic food, the wonders of El Yunque Rainforest, and everything we could ever want or need within 20 minutes.
