Our pool is generally heated for your comfort, but is not guaranteed. In the event of a breakdown, repairs may take time or be delayed for parts, potentially affecting the availability of a heated pool. If a heated pool is essential for your stay, we kindly suggest considering other accommodations.

Throughout the winter season, our condo is offered at significantly reduced rates. Neighboring units often take advantage of this period, from November to February, to undergo remodeling. Please be aware that any remodeling work is restricted to daytime hours, and this could result in some noise.
