Beach Front Oasis is just that! An amazing comfort…with modern flare. This property is a true gem the entire family is sure to enjoy. Beach Front Oasis is a ground floor ocean front condo that sits right on the boardwalk in the middle of Mission Beach.

Upon entering the condo you will have your breath taken away when you see the amazing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Drop your bags, put on your swim suit, grab a drink and enjoy sitting out on your private patio and listen to the ocean waves, people watching and enjoy the warm sunshine.

The Beach Front Oasis has a king size bed in the master bedroom which has views of the ocean. The master bedroom also has it’s own private bathroom with a roman tub. Perfect for enjoying a nice hot soak after a long run or bike ride on the boardwalk.

The second bedroom has three twin beds and it’s own private bath as well. Beach Front Oasis has two reserved parking spaces. One space in the garage and another large outdoor parking space.


Fire up the charcoal BBQ and enjoy some juicy steaks or your favorite fish. Seaforth boat rentals is a short drive away from the condo (8 minutes) and has charters that depart twice a day. You can catch your fresh fish had have on the grill by sundown!!

You will definitely feel relaxed when staying at Beach Front Oasis.

The communication with the host was amazing, she provided clear guidance before check-in and was very attentive to any questions. She also informed us when an early check-in was available-so helpful. The location is stunning-direct beach access! We loved being able to wake up to an unobstructed view of the ocean and to easily go on walks/runs/bicycle rides along the beach. A perfect location for some relaxing family time. The layout of the home with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for our family. Highly recommend this property to all travelers!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The only issue we ran into was that the guest room windows didn’t open and there was no screen on the sliding glass door, which made it a bit warm at night. That said, the overall experience was wonderful and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

The view sitting on the patio adjacent to the beach walkway is always entertaining, Having 2 parking spaces is also a BIG plus! The unit has all you need and very nicely done. It was clean upon arrival and we didn’t need to buy anything else except groceries of course. Cindy, the agent, was very responsive to text messages I had with questions,

Cindy our host was was super responsive and wonderful to work with! The house was great and well stocked. We loved the large patio and enjoyed our meals with beautuful views. Location was perfect in between belmont and PB. The 2 fridges and 2 parking spaces were a huge plus. Garage was big enough for a 4 runner, all our beach gear and bikes. We visit every summer and this was one of our favorites! We will definitely book again!

Love Mission Beach!

This property is perfect for a family vacationing on Mission Beach. We have stayed at Mission Beach many times but this has been the best. We already booked again for next year! Cindy was fantastic!

Amazing Family Getaway

Slice of heaven sums up our week. Located by all our favorite shops and bakery’s and all the amenities were ideal. Cindy the property manager was beyond amazing and very easy to speak with and made everything so simple. Definitely our favorite house on the beach! Great location for making family memories and unplugging from the world.

Amazing

I can’t say enough about this location, it’s perfect and right by all kinds of food and fun. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed all the sand toys and we enjoyed the amenities as well! Cindy is a pleasure to deal with and we will most def come back!

Wonderful location

Right in the middle, between the shops & restaurants for both PB & MB but far enough away that your beach in front of you is not over crowded. The house is cute and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond when we asked to hold our bags in the garage before check in. We were extremely happy with everything!

Beachfront Gem!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family of 5. The kids had a spacious room with three beds and the layout of the space was great, and they had a closet full of beach chairs, toys, etc. Everything was super clean and the location was unbeatable. The communication with Cindy both prior to and during our stay was great, she always responded so quickly and was very helpful. We hope to come back again soon.

Perfect Beach Condo!

We just got back from one week at this lovely condo. The beds are very comfortable, nice towels and linens, everything that you need in the kitchen to cook. The TV's are nice size, and comes with beach chairs, towels, coolers and sand toys. Garage parking included is a plus. Cindy was a amazing and checked in with us multiple times during our stay. They even had a new sleeper sofa delivered during our stay, it is really nice. Tons of restaurants within walking distance, and great people watching on the boardwalk. We would absolutely stay again!

Cindy the Booking agent gets 5 stars

I cannot say enough about how exceptional Cindy was. As an owner of a rental property, she made me feel exactly how I would want my guests to feel. It helps that Cindy is close by and dealt with the minor issues immediately. Cindy your restaurant recommendations were spot on, all of them. The location of the unit is great, right on the water. Its a very busy area with people walking, running, skating and cycling all day into the late evening. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Please note the garage is very small , we rented a full sized car and if it was an inch longer it would not fit in the garage, but there is an outside parking space as well. Cindy thank you for making our first trip to San Diego very enjoyable.

Best spot on the boardwalk!

Loved everything about this house and location. We have been coming to this stretch of beach for years and This property is our new favorite! Check in was a breeze. Cindy was very helpful and quick to respond. There is not only 1 but 2 good size parking spots which is rare on the beach. We we’re traveling with our 3 teenagers plus an infant and it felt like everyone had their privacy and own space. The master tub was a huge bonus after a breezy day at the beach. Furniture was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. The whole place was sparkling clean. Lots of extra blankets and towels. The location can’t be beat. A half a mile in either direction the beach/boardwalk gets a little busier with lots of restaurants and shops. The beach directly in Front of the house is nice and peaceful and not quite as crowded. I would highly recommend this place!

No Security Throughout House & Robbed While We Slept! :-(

This House is situated immediately on a walkway (the beach is then on the other side of this walkway) where 1000+ people pass day and night long, including a lot of transients, yet both the owner & the property manager of this ground floor unit did not feel the need to ensure all windows, doors, plantation blinds, etc., were lockable much less secure; and so, as a result we were ROBBED while we slept and my wife’s wedding rings were stolen amongst other things simply by the criminal walking up and in (literally the architecture of the building we then realized had built-in steps / ledges outside of and inside of window where anything that can walk could step right in and out) through a main bedroom window yet this property manager and owners have now decided not to help us and even told us to leave them alone. Incredibly thankful things did not end worse yet all this faux property manager kept saying was that this was the first time a robbery took place yet had no idea the area has been getting worse and worse with robberies of this sort (as per the police and local business owners we spoke to within the mile vicinity). We had the police come, they took evidence of the lack of security away with them and made many comments regarding the lack of or missing security altogether. Upon arrival this unit had screens ripped, was dirty, main bedroom carpeting was horrible and needs replacement, Ants and Cockroaches were found in at times in the unit throughout the stay and so forth. Overall, very scary stay but equally upsetting treatment and lack of care by management.

Good Vibes

We loved the beach house with the best view from the spacious patio & living area. We traveled with our 2 kids and grandfather. There was plenty of room & parking. Beds & blankets were extremely comfy too. The extra frig in the garage was a bonus since we cooked everyday in the beautiful kitchen. Will stay again for sure!

Bill, the owner of this lovely condo is a local San Diegan who loves to travel and doe quite often. He has owned his condo for over 15 years and he does spend time there when his family from Nebraska and Texas come to visit.

This gorgeous condo was recently remodeled by Bill's daughter and she did quite a lovely job. Making it feel very welcoming with warm textures and also bright contrasts. You truly feel at home when you're vacationing in this wonderful condo.

Beach Front Oasis is just that. An oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of life. You can put your feet up and relax in the sunken living room or sit out on your own private patio and enjoy your favorite beverage while listening to the ocean waves, perhaps see some dolphins riding the waves and jumping through them to let you know they're there. Watch beautiful sunsets, BBQ, and of course people watch along an over 3 mile stretch of beach. Take a walk along the boardwalk or ocean. Collect your favorite sea shells or maybe even get lucky and find the beautiful sand dollars that wash up along the shore from time to time. Grab a bike and go for a ride along the ocean front and hop over to the bay and ride around Sail Bay, Ski Beach and more. You will truly feel rejoiced with your stay at Beach Front Oasis
