This immaculate, well maintained apartment is centrally located in the heart of Ogunquit offering you the option of parking your car for the week. The property is a short walking distance to the Marginal Way entrance, Ogunquit beach, downtown, shopping, fine restaurants and Perkins Cove. You will find this 2 bedroom unit features many amenities for your convenience including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, air conditioning, cable, internet, washer/dryer, linens, and a beach cart. An outdoor shower is located in the yard for rinsing off the fine, white beach sand. This location is nestled within a quiet neighborhood offering a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The spacious, private backyard is exclusively dedicated to the apartment unit. The newly installed patio can easily accommodate seating for 6-8. A propane grill is provided if you care to partake in any outdoor cooking. This property has ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Perfect location

Sara’s place as others have mentioned is super clean and very well located in the heart of Ogunquit with easy access by foot to restaurants, the Marginal Way, cute little shops and the beach.

Wonderful stay in Ogunquit

The property is incredibly clean and every convenience is provided by the host Sara. Upon our arrival, the host greeted us and explained all the features. The beach is a short walk and the Marginal Way entrance is at the end of the road. The location is perfect.

Cute, clean & quiet!

We love Ogunquit but it has grown loud and busy. This location is a bit further from the downtown area, but provides a quieter experience. Nice amenities.

Our favorite home away from home

This is our second year staying at Sara’s apartment rental (and we have already booked again for next year). It is in a perfect location, is impeccably clean, and Sara really cares about making her guests feel welcome. This apartment is well-equipped and has everything needed to make us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back next year to stay again!

Another beautiful stay

We recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Ogunquit from August 3 to 10, and once again, we had an outstanding experience. The place was immaculately clean, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The owner (Sara) was incredibly welcoming and always available for any questions or needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. This was our second visit, and we were just as happy as the first time. We can't recommend this place enough and look forward to returning!

Great place for families to stay in Ogunquit!

My family and I loved staying at Sara's place in Ogunquit. It was in a great location, in walking distance to the beach, which was especially helpful during the busy season. We could just park our car the whole time, use Sara's beach cart to bring everything to the beach, and not get stuck in all the traffic on Shore Rd and Rt 1. It is also a very quick walk to the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove - plus it's on a super quiet and beautiful street with friendly neighbors. The apartment is very clean, and supplied with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Sara is helpful and responsive whenever anything is needed, and she gave us ideas for fun things to do in the area, tailoring her suggestions to our crew, and thinking about what we would all enjoy. There is a lovely backyard where we enjoyed having morning coffee, food on the grill, and playing lawn games. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend this place to my friends!

Perfect!

This was my first experience with Vrbo and I think it will be difficult to top. The location was perfect for walking into town and getting to route one with access to all of the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The Marginal Way is so close, we were able to walk it without having to find parking as in previous years. We were able to enjoy coffee looking at her flower garden in peace and quiet every morning! The apartment was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Sara’s attention to detail was appreciated, down to providing a sponge, sometimes these are things a guest forgets! Sara was responsive to any questions and make sure that our stay was comfortable. Don’t hesitate, if you can find a spot! I will definitely seek this apartment again for future stays.

Simply Marvelous

We had a wonderful stay. Our host Sara was there when we arrived….she is awesome. The location was perfect. So close to the beach and restaurants and downtown area. It was nice and quiet and the place was immaculate. We had everything we needed and then some. There is an awesome beach buggy that held all our things for the beach. The patio area outside is lovely. Beautiful flowers along the walkway make it a very charming place to stay. Thanks for everything Sara. We hope to see you again next year

Perfect

Sara is a fabulous host and she thought of everything when planning her rental. The apartment had everything from a giant lobster pot to a lemon zester. This rental was the best of any I have rented in Ogunquit. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. I would definitely rent this place again.

The perfect getaway

This place was everything it promised to me and more. Impeccably clean, very well appointed with special little details to make our stay even more enjoyable (a fabulous grill and tranquil patio, a great floorplan, an Alexa device for entertainment, and a perfect location - right in town!), we absolutely loved our cottage. Clean, quiet, great location

This property is perfectly located in the heart of Ogunquit. We parked our car in the driveway the whole week and walked to the beach, Marginal Way, and Perkins Cove. The place is impeccably clean and fully stocked with everything you need inside and out. Sara, the owner was very friendly and responsive to any of our questions.

Heaven on Earth

This was the first time I have rented a house for a-weeks vacation. We have been to Ogunquit several times but stayed in the various hotels/ motels. Ogunquit and surrounding towns of York, Wells, Kennebunkport and Old Orchard beach offer so much to see and do. This vacation home couldn’t be in a more perfect location. Traffic is the only negative about staying in this area, but this rental was within walking distance to everything. We only took our car out once to go to the supermarket! It is in the heart of all the action: restaurants, shopping, beach and Perkins Cove. Although these areas are generally hopping with people and activity our location was peaceful and quiet as it is in a neighborhood you would never know existed. It is literally tucked behind the famous Shore Road and access to the Marginal Way is a block away. The rental is immaculate and very cozy and comfortable. We wished we owned it and didn’t want to leave. It contained everything you would need. The beds were super comfortable as was the couch. The tv provided access to many channel options with You tube tv and Roku. The kitchen has updated appliances including a gas stove with oven. Plenty of pots and pan, very nice Crate and Barrel dishes and lots of wine glasses! The bathroom may be small but the walk in shower provided plenty of hot water plus there was a new outdoor shower. We had a very private back yard with new grill and picnic table and the flowers were gorgeous! We had private parking for two cars if needed! A bonus surprise was a laundry room! I was able to work at the kitchen table and had WiFi access. The air conditioner was a wall unit that kept the whole place at a very comfortable temperature. We were met by the owner who could not have been more welcoming. She checked in with us via a text to be sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She came to say goodby when unfortunately it was time for us to leave. She was so warm and friendly. I will definitely be returning to Ogunquit and this will the only place I would stay for a weeks rental. This rental is a hidden gem!

Well-cared for, great location

This is a very nicely-kept basement apartment with a beautiful yard to sit in. The host was a gem, greeting us, responding whenever I needed anything, and just generally being friendly and accommodating. The location is great, 5 mins to walk town, 15 mins to the beach.

Great location and great apartment

The apartment is in an excellent location - one block from the start of Marginal Way and the heart of downtown. Yet the street is quiet and the apartment itself is vey cozy and well equiped. It even includes a beach cart to make the 15 minute walk to the beach easier. Sara is a very accommodating host. She met us when we checked in and also when we left.

Clean & Great Location

Perfect location of being about a 15 minute walk from the beach & even closer to the shops & restaurants. Sara’s place was very clean & perfect for myself, husband & our 2 year old. Communication was really easy & Sara made sure to check in to make sure everything was going well with our trip. Would definitely recommend!
