This beautiful functional two level golf course home features 4 nice bedrooms. On the top level there is a media room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first double bedroom has a queen size bed, the second has two sets of bunk beds making the property extremely accommodating to any number of guests and the master has a California king size bed and HD TV with a full en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. On the main level is the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed. Beside this bedroom you will find a full bath, acting as a separate guest suite master.

Kitchen has Stainless Appliances, the refrigerator has a purified water/ice dispenser. A brand new Eco-friendly high efficiency washer and dryer to meet all the needs that any number of guests could require. There are also TV's and music devices to provide numerous hours of entertainment.

Large open concept main floor with a dining, kitchen combo where stools and island lead into spacious sitting area to relax in. Upstairs there is an open media room with big HD TV and comfy sectional sofa with great views of the course and mountains.


Who needs any of these modern luxuries though when most of your time will be spent in the private, functional and luxurious outdoor space that everyone yearns for when seeking a spot in the valley of the sun. The heated pool, views and layout will allow you to escape to another world while relaxing and entertaining in sun or shade should it be required.

House was a little dated but clean and everything function as needed. Would recommend renting as it was a quiet neighborhood ( Working Nights) and amenities was a short drive away.. Did have some packages delivered to the address with no issues.. Headed back next fall and will be looking to rent again if available..

This property did not deliver what was promised. The picture shows a pool on the listing, but the pool was full of algae. After 5 days of asking for the pool to be remediated on day 6 we left and booked another property. Host told us it was not a health risk and we could swim. We did not agree and checked out.

Location was perfect! House was nice but a little outdated. House was comfortable, beds were comfortable, Master bed was too high and frame made it very difficult to get in and out of.Had to do our own pool cleaning/maintenance to make it usable. Three days into stay, pool person cleaned it and made it much better.Noticed a bit of minor damage around pool area (trash, bottle caps, water feature not functioning, one chair appeared bent) but still enjoyed pool.Grill was filthy and almost unusable. Cleaned it ourselves to be able to use it at all.TV cable use was confusing therefore didnā€™t use.Those few things were disappointing however we still enjoyed our family stay.

As advertised!

Our first impression was "this is just as advertised!" The property was clean and well-maintained. Kevin was so responsive and easy to work with. The two-level home worked well with our family and friends coming to visit. We enjoyed it so much that we've booked for next year!

Buckeye Beauty

This home was cozy and welcoming. While our group was small, it has the capacity for larger groups to stay in the 4 BR/3BA home. We particularly enjoyed watching the birds in the pretty back yard. Having a garage to park in was also a plus.

Nice rental but location not ideal for Phoenix

This is a nice rental, as advertised, clean and comfortable. Backyard small, but very attractive. The neighbors have a large dog which is audible from inside the house. We were a bit concerned, but we never heard it late at night/ early morning so it turned out not to be a problem. Owners were responsive to concerns. Unfortunately getting to Phoenix requires traveling down 1-10 on one of the busiest and most dangerous strips of highway in the US. The only time we did not have an issue was Sunday morning, otherwise it was gridlock from 5am through 8pm or later. That meant what should have been a 30 minute drive could take over an hour. We likely spent as much money on gas as we saved on rental price and that does not take into account the stress. Keep in mind that 1-10 has as many as 8 lanes in one direction. If you are used to LA this might not be an issue for you, but it is quite bad compared to most of the US. I recognize it was our own fault for renting so far outside of Phoenix, but if you are not from the area you may not know the type of traffic you will be dealing with, so I thought others should be warned. In summary: nice rental for Buckeye, not ideal if you want to go into Phoenix or its suburbs.

Sundance Surprise

My wife and I felt very much at home while escaping our Canadian Winter. The house is spacious and the swimming pool lovely. Everything we needed was close by and we and enjoyed daily walks in and around Sundance Golf club. Verrado Golf Club (15mins drive) has a great restaurant with lovely views and close to Victory Steps offering expansive panoramic views. Skyline Park (10 mins drive) has many walking/hiking trails. San Diego is an easy day's drive. Flagstaff a couple of hours drive is a great jump off point for Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Winslow, Meteor Crater, Sedona and Jerome. Sky Harbor Airport 35-45mins. Kevin was a great host, promptly answering our questions to make sure we were always okay.

Lovely property. The first floor bedroom and bath were perfect for my elderly mother. We enjoyed the back patio in the sunshine. It was a nice break from upstate NY winters.

Great view for the area

It was so nice to have a backyard view in a home in this area that was not of a plain wall, the fence with a view was great. Communications were good overall with the hosts, responsive and helpfull. Home had most everything we needed for the stay.

Great Pool & Location

What you read in other reviews is accurate, we should've done a better job of reading reviews before booking but all things considered it was a good stay. The house was 90 degrees when we got there, pool needed a few days to heat up and there was a problem with TV and internet. The pool was perfect for our kids though, they had a great time - we had a few small frustrations (like no extra TP, paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent) but got over it and enjoyed our stay. Kevin was responsive too, thanks for having us.

This property was great place for my family of 6. Lots of room to more around and sit. Outdoor pool was quite and peaceful. Not to far from the airport.

Interior of residence clean upon arrival, back yard was enjoyable, but pool does take 2 days to warm up, read Susan's review as that was helpful, 2 of the loungers were broken, owner was aware, enjoyed the location, worked for us. Thank you.

Sundance golf vacation

Two couples of us rented Kevinā€™s property for a week of golf in the sun and an escape from NW rain and cold. The propertyā€™s condition, furnishings and location were perfect, exactly as advertised. The home had everything we needed, the pool was nice and the sunsets were amazing. Sundance Golf was great and reasonably priced. The clubhouse was comfortable and the food was really good. Weā€™ll be back!

Great accommodations for 3 couples. Very comfortable and great space for games and lounging. Fully equipped with a lovely pool. Close to shopping and eateries. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great home but more costly than appears

We had a great stay! The home was clean and adequately furnished. The queen and king beds are pillowtop and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with most necessary equipment. Plan on supplying your own condiments, etc and the fridge is bare on arrival (some homes keep those items left from other travelers.) There are some random spices in the cupboard that have remained from other travelers. There are a few board games and several adult level books and a few DVDs. There are no children's books or DVDs. There is laundry detergent supplied for the washer and dryer. There were no wash cloths in the house, which was an inconvenience. The owner offered to reimburse us if we purchased our own. There were also no toiletries, such as bar soap, as have always been furnished at the several other vrbo homes we've used. There were no facial tissues and we had to purchase our own. The pool was really fun and has a neat waterfall. We came in January and paid the daily fee to have it heated. However it takes about 48 hours to get it heated so we didn't have a heated pool for 2 of our 4 days. We would have appreciated the pool heater being started the day we arrived (we didn't get in our first night until late. ) And we could have turned it off before we left. Also, we put in a couple calls to the pool company listed for assistance with the heater and no one ever answered or returned our calls. They ask u to bring your own swim towels which can't really be done if you fly in. They should be provided with the pool. The garage fits 2 vehicles but the owner has a car in the garage, so only 1 additional car will fit. Our biggest complaint is that the vrbo listing says it sleeps 10, which was the number in our party. However, the price listed only includes 6 guests. If u want to actually sleep 10 they'll tack on an additional amount per person, per night. We had 4 toddlers. The owner said the additional nightly cost was to cover extra costs incurred by additional guests, and yes, even toddlers counted. So we recieved an extra bill of for toddlers, which was very offputting, especially considering the lack of beach towels and basic toiletries. In all, a great time in a nice house. Would probably return again if we had only 6 guests...

Family Vacation and Christmas

The property was great. Great location near the active adult where my father's place is at. Right on the golf course so easy to get to and from clubhouse. Great for families if you have parents or friends in the active adult area and if you need more room for a larger family.

The reason why we chose this property is because it offers everything that five star resorts offer all in a private environment. In fact we will always do private rentals wherever we go instead of hotels. The pool, golf course and views are exceptional, feels like home but a world away.
