Fans of TLC’s hit show, Sister Wives, unite! Owned by Sister Wives star, Christine
Brown-Woolley and her husband, David, you can enjoy this beautiful and well-
appointed townhome in Moab, Utah!
Rim Vista is located approximately 6 miles south of town, just minutes from
downtown. This private villa boasts beautiful rim views and starry skies, complete
with a two-car garage, seasonal community pool and hot tub, and high-speed Wi-
Fi. Sitting near Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park, Moab is
perfect for adventurers, hikers, and nature lovers alike.
THE BEST PART: NO CHORES! We do not require you to do any additional cleaning
when packing up and checking out. No stripping beds, starting laundry, or running
the dishwasher. No sweeping, vacuuming, or mopping! Simply pack up your
belongings and head out!
The Space
Sister Wives fans will be thrilled to see exclusive memorabilia and specific items from Christine
and David as seen on TV!
The Kitchen
This well-appointed kitchen offers everything you need to create tantalizing delights from the
simplest meals to the gourmet. It includes a full set of Temptations dishes, pots and pans,
glassware, silverware, extensive cooking utensils, Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Trio Coffee
Machine (uses pods for single use or regular coffee for full pot), InstaPot, electric mixer,
blender, toaster, rice cooker, boil kettle, microwave, and range and oven. This unit also has a
dishwasher for your daily use.
No need to bring your highchair. We have one for you!
The Patio
Natural gas for outdoor grill. Comfortable table for 8 people and shading umbrella
The Living Room

Located downstairs, the living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa and a 55” smart TV for
relaxation. Come inside after your day of exploring and curl up and watch a movie as you
unwind and prepare for your upcoming adventures.
Downstairs also holds the half bathroom for guests to utilize without encroaching on others’
privacy.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom is located downstairs. It hosts a king-sized bed with memory foam
mattress and smart TV. There is also a desk and chair with a printer you can use! (Just bring
your own laptop.) En suite bathroom holds two sinks and a shower (no tub).
The bathroom is fully stocked with plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Toiletries offered: make-up remover wipes, body lotion, hand and body wash, shampoo, and
conditioner.
Guest Bedrooms
The two guest bedrooms are located upstairs. You can pick your favorite, either Giraffe or Jellyfish. They both hold queen-sized beds with memory
foam mattresses and smart TVs.
Upstairs Bathroom
The upstairs bathroom is a full bath, with one sink and a full shower/tub combo.
The bathroom is fully stocked with plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Toiletries offered: make-up remover wipes, body lotion, hand and body wash, shampoo, and
conditioner.
The Upper Room
AKA “The Den”. Located upstairs. Holds a queen-sized memory foam sleeper sofa and a 65”
smart TV.
Extra bedding and pillows for sleeper sofa will be provided.
Miscellaneous
Full-size washer and dryer available for your use.
Wi-Fi is available for your use.
Cable TV is also available.

Pool towels and toys included.
Portable playpen and highchair will be provided.
A selection of board games, cards, and reading material will be available for you.
Guests have access to all resort amenities: seasonal pool and hot tub, tennis court, and
basketball court.
**SPECIAL NOTE: To safeguard all of our guests, we do not allow pets on the property.**

The townhome is located 6 miles south of the center of Moab.
20 minutes to Arches National Park entrance.
45 minutes to Canyonlands National Park.
5 minutes to Moab Golf Course.
50 minutes to Dead Horse State Park.
The condo is a 4-hour drive from Salt Lake International Airport and a 6-hour drive from Denver
International Airport. Grand Junction, Colorado is a 2-hour drive. There is a regional airport
near Moab (CNY) that is about 30 minutes from the condo. Currently United has flights to CNY.

Opening Date: Friday, March 22 (weather permitting)
Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday, Oct. 21
Pool Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. daily when open
*Pool is open, weather permitting. During the early season (Late March/early April), the pool
may not open IF the weather is too cold.  EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be
above 65 degrees.
*Pool and hot tub can be closed due to inclement weather.
