As you enter the property, you`ll be greeted by an elegant living area complete with comfortable seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. You`ll also find a stylish dining area, featuring a large table that can comfortably seat 8 people + 2 at the kitchen bar, making it perfect for family dinners or hosting dinner parties with friends.

All four bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable king-size adjustable beds, high-quality linens, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. Every bedroom has its own desk for those needing to get a little work done while enjoying their stay but `the office` is something really special. Our office bedroom is a work from vacation paradise featuring an adjustable height desk suitable for standing or sitting in its comfortable ergonomic chair. Guests can connect their computers to the usb hub and enjoy the full keyboard, trackball, and attached monitor. If one monitor isn`t enough, use the attached HDMI cable to connect to the large 55in tv, perfect for your next zoom chat. Finally our high quality motion tracking webcam will keep you in the spotlight during any of your meetings.

But the real highlight of this property is the stunning outdoor oasis. Step outside, and you`ll find a sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable loungers and seating areas. Whether you want to relax with a good book or soak up the sun, this is the perfect place to do it. There`s also a barbecue grill for cooking up delicious meals outdoors, as well as a shaded dining area where you can enjoy your meals al fresco.

As you can see, we`ve designed our home to provide a retreat like experience for up to 8 adult sized guests throughout with the option to use 2 rollaway beds to accommodate up to 10 comfortably.

Our rental property is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, if you`re in the mood for some entertainment or dining out, the greater Palm Springs area is just a short drive away. The Coachella Valley is famous for its world-class golf courses, and there are plenty of opportunities to tee off and enjoy a round of golf with your family. You can also explore the natural beauty of the region by hiking in the nearby mountains or visiting Joshua Tree National Park.

Additional Notes and Details:
As required by the City of Indio, we require the person executing the booking to complete an informational form providing a photo id, information on all guests, and vehicles staying at the property. Additionally we require a signed rental agreement which meets the City’s acknowledgement form requirements by confirming the person who is booking understands that he or she is legally responsible for compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations by all occupants.

We’d like to take a moment to disclose information about a couple technology solutions in our home. We provide our guests with access to an Amazon Echo device where you can ask Alexa about Indio and the surrounding Coachella Valley area. Additionally in the kitchen we’ve added a smart home control panel which allows you to operate our Sonos sound system. Both of these solutions include built in cameras however we want to assure you that those cameras have been disabled via software and additionally have a hardware lens cover.

To keep up the standard of our home we have weekly lawn maintenance, pool service, and garbage pickup. Our lawn maintenance occurs every Monday, usually around noon and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. On Tuesdays and Fridays we have someone from CH Pools come out to check and clean the pool. Our pool service usually happens in the morning, as early as 7am but the timing can vary. Lastly we have garbage pick up on Fridays and you won’t have to deal with that because our concierge service includes picking up the garbage cans in the morning and returning them after the garbage pickup has occurred.

Another monthly service we have at the house is pest control which greatly reduces the bugs in and around our house. That said, this is the valley, and we can not completely avoid the potential for bugs. This is our second home in the area and it has thus far proven to be relatively bug free.

Beyond bugs, another thing about the Coachella Valley you should know about is the possibility of wind & sand. Whenever the temperature changes dramatically from one day to the next there is a good chance of a wind storm blowing sand everywhere in its path. This mostly occurs in the fall and spring and carries the potential of making a mess of the pool until the next pool cleaning day.

Our pool is both heated and cooled and is configured to maintain the temperature between 82 and 94 degrees between 9am and 9pm (at no additional charge). This means that the heater will first start up at 9am and if the water is below 82F degrees it`ll start heating it and will stop once it hits that temperature. Depending on the weather conditions this may happen in the morning, later in the afternoon, or in some cases it may be too cold and stay below 82 degrees. On hot days the water temperature will rise above 94 degrees and many people will no longer enjoy being in the pool at those temperatures so that`s when our heater becomes a cooler and tries to keep the temperature from rising above that level. We personally love a 93 degree pool but 95 or 96 is too warm.

Speaking of the pool, we want to make you aware of our pool access alarms. All doors that exit to the pool area are equipped with a pool guard alarm system to ensure the safety of everyone who uses the pool, especially children. The pool guard alarm system will sound whenever someone enters the pool area without pressing the bypass button strategically placed beyond the reach of young children. It can take a little while to get in the habit of avoiding unintentional alarms but we hope you agree the value of this protection exceeds the potential inconvenience.
