Joanne told me there were ants emanating from the kitchen cabinet containing the plastic trash bin. I had the cabinet cleaned and sprayed, ants are gone. I apologized to Joanne.

Brad exhibited no regard or consideration for my property. With a forecast for the next several days of intermittent rain / sun / torrential downpours i texted Brad and asked him to please make sure the windows were closed if it rained. Brad did not acknowledge my text nor did he close the windows when raining. They were left wide open. With 44 Wood windows and wood trim, ~3000 sq ft of wood floors this was wrong. I finally knocked on the door and told Brad he could not treat the house this way, he would not do it to his parents house , etc. More detail: Brad asked for early check in on Sunday - i complied. Monday is garbage/recycling day. There are town rules regarding organization and how long the bins can be on the street, etc. I explained to one of Brads party (Brad was not there yet) that at the end of the day i would gather stuff, organize it correctly to ensure it was offloaded, which is critical so the next customer has space for there garbage/recycling. So - i was around Sunday evening to gather/organize and viewed Monday morning on my way to work to ensure still organized (in case someone added stuff). After work I went to collect the bins as required. They had not taken the recycling, i called the town, etc and now i had to come by tomorrow (Tuesday) again to get the recycle bins. This (them forgetting the recycling) was an exception situation. But every time i came by it was raining and the windows were wide open, the last time a deluge, so i addressed the situation with Brad. There were several other lesser transgressions to the property. I want your business - but there has to be a certain level of respect for the property and the neighborhood.
