The Space – Sleeps 8 Comfortably Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with private en-suite bathroom and sliding barn door; coastal artwork and natural light create a relaxing retreat. Bedroom 2: King-size bed, bright and welcoming with thoughtful décor. Bedroom 3: King-size bed and ample storage; ideal for additional couples or guests. Bedroom 4: Two twin-size beds with playful colors—perfect for kids or friends. Living Room: Eclectic and open with a cozy seating area, smart TV, and coastal décor. Kitchen & Dining: Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open shelving, tile backsplash, breakfast bar, and adjacent dining area.
Key Features & Amenities Screened-In Porch: Spacious with hanging chairs and Gulf breezes—perfect for relaxing evenings. Smart TVs & WiFi: Stream your favorite shows and stay connected throughout your stay. Full-Size Washer & Dryer: Ideal for extended stays or sandy beach days. Pet-Friendly (with approval): Bring your furry friend along for the fun! This property is dog friendly; however, you must notify the staff that you are bringing your dog along with you. We require an additional dog fee of $250.00 to cover excess cleaning from dog hair. This is a 1 dog max 40 pounds or less. Ample Parking: Plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Private Beach Access: Surfside Shores offers a private beach access which is almost never crowded. *NOTE* Golf cart is out of service

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great amenities such as porch swings and outdoor shower. We enjoyed swinging on the screened porch and the view. A huge plus for us was being able to bring our dog.

The house is in need of quite a few updates. There were some updates. The house is pet friendly, but did not expect it to smell like dog urine. The couch smelled and has stains too. All the furniture is out dated and uncomfortable. The beds were uncomfortable and are queen size, not king size, as was listed in description. It is very peaceful and quiet and a short walk to public beach access.The additional bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and small.living area is on the back side and not accessible from main living quarters. It is like a small apartment with no kitchen, just a small apartment fridge.The.outside area was dirty and trash all over. Very unkemped. I.would not recommended this house.

If you really want to be away, this is the place for you. While there are neighbors, we were there at a time when it is only snowbirds so quiet days and nights the whole time.The porch is screened in (a few panels need to be replaced before big season) and the outer deck has safety fencing so we felt fine letting the dog roam free in the sun with no fear of her getting out. I think the same would hold true for younger childrenAccess the beach was great. Dogs allowed so could walk her there.The beach is very nice. Ample fishing opportunities from the beach or on the bay side near the golf course. The kitchen was not well appointed. There was no usable cutting board, the pans were not given much thought, I think this last statement describes how the kitchen was appointed. The master bath has plenty of space and is nicely remodeled. Every bed room has a bathroom which I think would be nice for a larger group.While the quiet is nice, be aware, it will take you an hour round trip to get groceries, or do anything in town. There is not much, other than the beach.
