This home enjoys a private 2-acre setting at the end of the road in a small development on the outskirts of Oneonta. This charming property is very convenient to All-Star Village, just take a right out of the development and follow Route 205 south until you arrive at ASV!! It couldn't be easier. Downtown Oneonta and all its shops and restaurants are just a couple minutes further beyond All Star Village, making Owl Patch a perfect choice for those looking for convenience to all that Oneonta has to offer.
The main level of the home has a great open floor plan from the spacious living area to the dining area to the kitchen. Right off the bright and airy kitchen is a terrific covered 12 x 14 back porch to sit and relax and listen to the sounds of nature. The porch overlooks a large level backyard - perfect for outdoor games. Outdoor dining is just a few steps away on the patio with a picnic table. In the backyard, there is also a firepit for family campfires under the stars, if you get lucky with timing in the early summer, fireflies light up the night!

All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom is a king-size bed with ensuite tub/shower bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are each a queen bed and share access to another tub/shower bathroom off the hallway.
There is a family room in the finished lower level with a TV. A futon in the family room provides extra sleeping when your player joins you and the last night. There is hardwood flooring throughout the main areas and bedrooms with w / carpet on the stairs, second-floor hallway, and master bedroom.
Your hosts also own another rental, 7 minutes away, Ark Place, which is just a short drive to All-Star Village as well.
