Hosts were very communicative and accommodated our request to check in early. Unit was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was how cheap the dining ware was, the dishes were all plastic/melamine, it doesn’t cost much to put an inexpensive set of actual dishes in the unit, it was unimpressive. I would say that should be something to upgrade, otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great place ,very clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and dinning and a short walk and your toes are in the sand. Kitchen was well equipped and some chairs and beach towels are a great bonus. Had a great long weekend with my friends and would definitely stay here again.LISA

Communication was very good. Check-in was easy. The unit was very clean. It was nice that past guests had left beach chairs, and toys on the deck that we were able to use. The unit provided beach towels, which was also nice. The pool was a little murky the first couple of days that we were there. But it cleared up on the last day. Overall, I would recommend it was a good stay.

Location was ideal with easy access to the pool and beach with just a few steps away was St. John's Pass. Adequate room in condo with all the essentials to make an enjoyable vacation.

Very accommodating

Enjoyed our stay at Sandy Shores. We were permitted to park early on check in day so we could access the beach. Condo was clean, well decorated and plenty of room for the four of us. We noticed that there was no can opener (we had canned goods) and I called and one was delivered an hour later. The easy access to the beach and across the street to Johns Pass was so nice. My granddaughter especially liked seeing the draw bridge go up and down.

Stay at Madeira

We had a great time. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only wish was that the washer and dryer was inside the unit. They were available for pay down the hall though.

A fantastic spot and comfortable condo

We had a great week in April. Loved that we didn't need a car and just steps to the beach and a quick walk to the shops and food. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home (just missing a can opener). Our only struggle was there was a large family staying on our floor and quiet times were not abided by. Made getting to sleep a challenge. Definitely recommend a noise machine to help drown out all the people sounds and roadway sounds.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was very nice and stylish. Quick response and wonderful customer service. Loved how close we were to John’s Pass and other attractions. Will definitely be renting again.

Great Vacation Trip

We went to the area to catch some Phillies games. This location was great. Easy drive to the stadium and also near plenty of great activities and restaurants. The iTrip team was extremely helpful when we had questions! Thanks for a great stay.

Very responsive, good communication

Great communication prior to arrival and then had an issue with the Internet and responded very quickly to help resolve the solution. Overall great place nice location.

So Much Fun

We had an excellent time and enjoyed the property very much. There were a few hiccups, but the owner was on it. The location was perfect with access to restaurants, beach, and pool.

Not ready for visitors

We just felt that the property and area wasn’t quite ready for visitors. We asked if it would be ready after the hurricanes because we made the reservation months before. They said it would be. There was a lot of dirt on the floor and the kitchen towels and bedding look like they were used to clean the floors at some point. Very old. The door to the stairs was propped open and one night we came back and could not get in because the lock was not working. The elevator had not been working so we hadn’t tried that. Called and was told the elevator had been fixed that day but we were not notified about that. It was a little scary because it was late and the area was a ghost town. We are sympathetic to the fact that hurricanes happened not to long before our trip but we just wish we would have been told it wasn’t quite ready.

Convenient on the beach location

This two bedroom two bath condo was perfect for the four of us who stayed three nights and four days. The beach and pool and patio area were wonderful. It had about everything you might need short of groceries. Kudos to iTrip management for replacing the glitching coffeemaker within 15 minutes. Having John’s Pass Village directly across the street (with a crosswalk in front of the condo) was handy for restaurants and shops.

Girls beach trip

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! The condo location was amazing, directly across the street from John’s Pass and also beachfront. You are steps away from the beach here. The property was clean and had plenty of space for the 6 people in our party. We had a bit of an issue getting into the condo but the property managers showed up 10 minutes after we contacted them. We contacted them with a few other items throughout the stay and they were on scene or responding within minutes each time. I would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend to friends.

Great place for a vacay

We loved the location and how we were on the beach. The rooms were perfect and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were just as nice. We also enjoyed the covered parking, and beach towels/toys provided.

Great Beach Getaway

This property was in a great location.....Right on the beach with a pool and across the street from John's Pass with many restaurant and shopping options, this location was ideal for our family! Our older teens enjoyed walking to John's Pass, and I enjoyed the tranquil beach. The property was very clean and just as expected by the photos.

Great Time With Family

210 was very clean and exactly as pictured. Bonus was that 210’s parking spot is covered and out of the sun. Building is older but was very clean. The stairwells and pool area were cleaned daily and in great shape. Location is good and there are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only reason I didn’t give five stars for location is due to not being able to turn left out of the parking lot and traffic gets really congested in front of the property when the bridge is up and not always easy to get out. Also when arriving from south heading north you either have to turn into the property south of Sandy shores and use little alley way or pass it and turn around. Check in was easy and host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this unit.
