Perfect spot

We loved watching the boats from our balcony and the location was so convenient to our favorite restaurants. Everything was clean and cozy. Would definitely book the same again!

This was the best little condo. We would def stay here again. We loved the view of the old river from the balcony. It was fully stocked with everything we would need. Super clean and they even had an Alexa and Pura. Check in and out was simple and they communicated very well. The only thing I would say is they could use a new mattress in the master bedroom but it would not stop me from staying again.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well furnished, and the amenities were great. The only negative thing we could say is that we had to drive to the beach instead of being able to just walk across the street.

Discovered A/C was not working properly and discovered pet hair on some Sofa bedding and bunk beds. Master bedroom however was very clean. Called maintenance number listed and was handled promptly. (thermostat replaced). When we returned after dinner the A/C was fixed and housekeeping re-cleaned the unit. Slept very cool and comfortably. Overall it was a very economical place to stay. A/C worked great and housekeeping address our concerns promptly.

Unit 203

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have always tried to stay beachfront, but this unit and location were such a great change of pace. Watching the boats going up and down Ole River was so peaceful. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this one again.

The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The kitchen counter had a red liquid under the coffee maker, items were left under the beds along with dirt, food and crumbs in the couch and pillow shams in the master bedroom looked like they hadn’t been washed. Overall the condo just wasn’t clean.

From the balcony, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Absolutely breathtaking!! We will definitely be back!

Grandkid trip

This place was very nice. We enjoyed watching the boats travel through the bay. We had more than enough plates, bowels, pots, pans, and utensils. Most places we rent don’t have adequate kitchen supplies, but this place does.

Vacation stay

We had a good experience with the property. The security guard was very rude and caused issues but one of the owners on site was very prompt in handling the situation. I believe the security guard was let go the night of the problem. The condo itself was very clean and as advertised. The location was great with access to the bay as well and a walk across the street to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay at Jubilee landing and plan on renting again next year.

Would stay again

Great condo. Loved the location on the Ole River. Walking distance to FloraBama. Smaller bedroom needs a new bed. Sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were extremely scratchy. The ability to have a 2nd car there would have made our stay much easier.

Great 4th of July Break

My husband and stayed at Jubilee Landing #203 over a long 4th of July holiday break. We stayed at this location because we brought our boat with us. Everything was just as it looks. Very nice and clean. I think we utilized most of the amenities for our short trip. We cooked on the grills provided and especially loved keeping our boat docked just below our unit. We could see it from the balcony. We will stay here again. Thank you! Dawn

A suggestion is to leave additional pillow cases in unit for the additional pillows.The king bed mattress has several dips and lumps in it. Consider replacing in near future. Beautiful place.

Louisiana Girls Trip

This unit was great for what I came for. However my college girls and their friends didn’t like it as much lol. But for me it was very quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed the boats passing through the bay. Property wise however if you take 2 vehicles the parking isn’t great.
