OUR HOME:
This condo has been lovingly rebuilt from the studs out - including new ceilings and floors - after Hurricane Sally in '20. We are COMPLETELY renovated and ready to host you when we're not here. You'll see, she is a BEAUTY!!

We are situated DIRECTLY on the Gulf of Mexico w/SPECTACULAR views from the 11th (top!) floor balcony, end unit - looking west down the Coast and Perdido Pass. This spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath condo provides a new appreciation for the beauty of Orange Beach.

As you pull into the parking lot you will notice there are only three units per floor - it never feels crowded at Perdido Quay. We offer parking on the property: $30 per pass for your entire stay, MAX. 2 passes, please. If you need a 2nd pass you will pay for that separately.

Upon entering the condo you're welcomed with an open living space accented by floor-to-ceiling glass walls framing the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico beyond.

Step outside to the balcony and admire the view or sit comfortably at the large patio table with a favorite beverage, book, meal or snack. Back inside you have the Gulf-front living room with a 55" flat-screen TV and adjacent dining space. And air conditioning! There are ceiling fans throughout, a remote for each one.

ADDITIONAL CONDO AMENITIES include: a fully-equipped updated kitchen w/stainless steel appliances; full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room; master bedroom w/king bed and sliding door w/direct access to the balcony; guest bedroom with queen bed; two full bathrooms; wireless Internet service throughout. Both bedrooms dressed w/new, comfortable bedding and 42" flat screen TVs.

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. It features a pull-out that comes from beneath the sofa to pop up and give you a roomy bed. No stubbing your toes on metal frames here!!

This Gulf-front complex features a beachfront outdoor pool, a covered terrace offering both shade and sun, and a lovely stretch of sugar-sand beachfront accessed via our PRIVATE BOARDWALK.

LOCATION:
We're just over three miles east of the lively heart of Orange Beach and less than seven miles east of Gulf State Park, the most visited state park in Alabama!

You'll find shopping, restaurants and live entertainment within minutes of us! The Wharf Amphitheater - surrounded by shoppes, eateries and a Ferris wheel - is a 15 min drive; the Gulf State Park showcases paved trails winding throughout for a walk, run, or bike ride; and slightly east is Perdido Key where the world famous Flora-Bama lounge offers great food, music and fun!

Driving past the Flora-Bama leads you into Pensacola and the National Naval Aviation Museum - home base of the Blue Angels. They can be seen (and heard!) practicing their flight formations in the skies over the Gulf - right in front of our building! Hint: admission to the museum is free!

BEFORE BOOKING, please advise the correct number of guests, including children. Our MAX CAPACITY is 6 persons. We do not allow outside visitors without prior authorization. If you are found to have more guests than what you've stated, there will be additional fees. Depending on the situation, you may be asked to leave the premises immediately, without refund.

THE PERSON THAT BOOKED must be at least 25 and staying at the condo for the duration of the reservation. 3rd party reservations are subject to cancellation.

This is our home and we are part of a wonderful community. We LOVE it here and enjoy being able to share our place. We would like to continue doing so but run the risk of losing that privilege when there are those that ignore our parameters.
