The Main Residence:

Thoughtfully designed with custom finishes and elegant simplicity, the main home is an architectural work of art. Imported French stone floors, carved Mexican doors, and exposed wood beams harmonize with minimalist, modern interiors. The open floor plan creates a natural flow between a striking great room, a gourmet kitchen with skylight atrium, multiple dining areas, and tranquil living spaces adorned with ambient fireplaces and arched windows.



Guests will enjoy every convenience - four refrigerators, four ovens, a library, home office, home theater/media room, game room, pool house with yoga studio, and three laundry areas. The spacious bedrooms are styled for both comfort and glamour, each paired with graceful, well-appointed bathrooms and all-new linens. Every corner of the home reflects tasteful design and thoughtful attention to detail.



The Private Casita:

Detached from the main residence, the 1,700 sq ft casita offers its own sanctuary with a warm, open living space, terra cotta floors, vaulted beam ceilings, a fireplace, and an office nook. The fully equipped kitchen with dining for four makes it easy to enjoy meals at home. Two generous en-suite bedrooms include one with a custom California King bed and the other with two Queen beds - ideal for guests seeking added privacy or a separate family suite.



Outdoor Spaces & Grounds:

Set on beautifully landscaped grounds, the estate’s outdoor offerings rival a luxury resort. Swim in the sparkling pool, relax in the spa or wading pool, or retreat to the custom-built grotto with cascading waterfall. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
