Casa Del Sol B1 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, low-density condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and local attractions, this unit offers comfort, privacy, and a beachfront experience you’ll love!



• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring is featured in the living area, with carpet in all bedrooms.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access.



• The second bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The third bedroom features two queen-size beds.



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!



• A maximum of two cars is allowed; the second car is first-come, first-served.

Loved that the building was not large and was such a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and we had a small issue with the garbage disposal and someone came out at 9:30pm to fix it. All around this was as promised and easy to rent with a great location.

A diamond, I would stay again right on the beach, a pool. Perfect for a family. The only recommendation would be a new mattress in the master. We had a great family vacation.

This is the second time our family has stayed in this same unit, The host was great about replying to questions quickly. The condo was nicely decorated, well-kept and well-stocked. It was a wonderful vacation with our family which included my two adult children, their spouses , a 3-year-old and a 3-month-old. The bedroom setup was perfect for us. Love that it has a swimming pool and is right on the beach as well. Will definitely be returning again!

This place was wonderful. Everything was very clean and the size and location cannot be beat. The host had great communication with the flag colors for the day and weather updates. The only major complaint in the wifi. We were barely able to use since it was so slow. We ended up not connecting any of our phones to it and using other devices was only possible if not everyone is using it; a shame considering the amount of people this place should accomy. There is also no outside lighting on the building or elevator space out front,so it was very dark anytime we arrived back after dinner. The pool area was lit at night and so we used that often.

Unit B1 on the 2nd floor was perfect for six people (three couples) but we certainly could have had four couples. We had no issues with anything. We absolutely loved this place and its location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could ever think of including a nice, big fridge with an ice maker. It was great having three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Each room has a TV and nice ceiling fan and the beds were comfy. We all couldn’t believe how quiet each room was. We spent a lot of time on the very spacious balcony. The pool was perfect. Loved being directly on the beach. Everything worked like it should. Check in and check out was easy. We will definitely be back!

Great trip

The condo was clean, accommodating and comfortable. Great location and loved the smaller feel of the condo building itself. We had plenty of room for our teenagers and loved being on the west side of the beach. Very convenient and not as crowded Would love to come back.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Casa Del Sol! The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and steps from the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning. The host was easy to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend this stay!

Great ocean view. We were impressed by the associations with local golf courses we took advantage of the 1 free pass for an adult on several days. Condo was clean and as advertised. We will stay here again on our next trip to Gulf Shores.

Great stay!

Immaculate condo, walking distance to a great restaurant, seafood store and general store. The balcony has great seating and was perfect for watching dolphins play close to the shore. We all loved our stay!

The condo was perfect, it was beautiful, don’t let the entry way deceive you. The only thing that was a problem was the tvs and figuring how to work. The only suggestion I would add some hooks to the bathroom and bedrooms.Other than that I would book again and probably will.
