North Fork Life: Pool, Beach, Wineries, Farmstands

Welcome to Sandy Oaks. This beautiful, modern home in quiet, wooded Nassau Point will be the perfect spot for your North Fork vacation. With 4 bedrooms and a swimming pool, this house is perfect for families or couples. All the best the North Fork can offer is within easy reach.

The property is located on a quiet, wooded road within the secluded neighborhood of Nassau Point. There are three bedrooms upstairs including a spacious master suite with ensuite bath, plus a double and a twin bedroom. Downstairs, there is a TV room/bedroom with comfortable double sofabed. There are three full bathrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) plus a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a travel cot for an infant and wifi.

Children are welcome; unfortunately we are unable to allow pets on this property. This property would comfortably suit up to eight people.

All the best the North Fork can offer is within easy reach. There are quiet, local beaches within walking distance, fabulous wineries within a short drive, plus restaurants and gourmet stores in Greenpoint and Mattituck. However, you may prefer to bring home picked-that-morning produce from the many local farmstands and cook in the well-appointed eat-in kitchen or outside grill.

You will need a car to get around.

Please note the TV has access to Netflix and Prime but not cable/network TV. All trash should be placed in yellow town trash bags which are provided. Pool is open early May to late September.

In July and August all check-ins and check-outs must be on a Saturday. Check in after 5pm and checkout before 10am.

Returning guests, please note we are retiring our swingset end of 2023 and currently planning what will go in its place.
