A unique place between Main St. & the Snowflake Lift nestled in a neighborhood away from traffic. Walk to Main for restaurants, bars, shopping, and local festivals and parades, Breck's Arts District, River Walk Center and other year-around events. Take the Free Ride everywhere from bus stop across from driveway. Enjoy the shared pool and hot tubs for ultimate relaxation.
The space:
• Dedicated entryway
• Full kitchen will all appliances and tools needed to make a full meal.
• Kitchen island with bar seating for 4.
• Wood burning fireplace. *Wood is not supplied, you will need to bring your own. Bundles can typically be bought at gas stations or groceries in town*
• Two comfortable couches and extra chairs for ample living room seating.
• Sleeper sofa in the living room.
• Two balconies, one off the living room, with two chairs and a table and one off the bedroom with two chairs and a table.
• Bedroom features a king bed, dresser, closet and flatscreen TV.
• Bathroom is located across the hall from the bedroom and features a shower/tub combination.
Facilities and Amenities:
• There is a laundry room with pay washer and dryers located in the building across the parking lot. *Please note that the laundry is NOT in the same building as the condo, it is in the building across. Airbnb only gives the option of In Unit or In Building.
• Access to the Upper Village Pool, located a short walk from the condo building.
Location:
• 8-10 minute walk to Main St
• 5-7 minute walk to the Snowflake Lift
• 5-7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift
• Adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, easily walkable and features 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub and a heated outdoor pool and an interior entry/exit option. See below for Upper Village Pool details.
• Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9).
• Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.
Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs:
• Heated outdoor pool
• 1 Indoor hot tub
• 2 Outdoor hot tubs
• Open noon-8pm
• This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates:
- Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day
- Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November.
*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 1/2 block away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the parking lot that leads to the clubhouse.
Maximum Occupancy: 4
Parking Limit: 1 - Located in the unassigned outdoor parking area. Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge; Airport Rd or the Ice Rink Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.
