This listing combines two adjacent units — Casa Junonia (1032L) and Casa Eulimia (1034U) — each accessed through separate entrances and without shared indoor common space. Please contact us with any questions about the layout before booking. This home has stairs — if any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations. Each unit includes a private two-car garage for a total of four parking spaces. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
