- Red Fox Run is pet friendly, allowing up to two mature and well trained dogs with an additional rent of $25/pet per night.
- Please note that the closet in the primary suite is locked and not available as part of your rental.
- The community of Elk Run is in a period of growth, and neighboring lots are currently being developed. Construction noises may be heard between 7am-7pm.
- 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
