Master bedroom has a
king size bed with a 39ā€ flat screen television and a full bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has queen bed and 32ā€ flat screen television. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin extra-long beds, and 32ā€ flat screen television. All bedrooms have brand new furniture and Sealy mattresses. All new linens have been supplied as well. Second bathroom has washer and dryer for your convenience.

Spacious, open kitchen is truly immaculate and brand new. Fully equip kitchen with all updated appliances and everything you will need to make yourself feel at home while cooking.

Living room is spacious with a new 48ā€ flat screen television. Newly furnishings including sectional/chaise couch recliner chair and dining table for six.
Enter our screened porch from the living room ( SMOKE FREE)and relax on a patio set. Sink into one of chairs and enjoy the beautiful weather as you sip a cocktail, read a book, and recap your day in complete privacy of our tree lined corner unit, on the 9th Fairway. Access to charcoal grill only steps away.

Our Villa is the Closest Unit to True Blue Club House. You can take a nice morning walk to breakfast or golf. Take advantage of full access to the beautiful True Blue golf course and its sister club, Caledonia Golf and Fish Club, both continue to make the top must-play courses.
Non-golfers can enjoy their time swimming at the pool (steps away from the front door), tennis, shopping at the Hammock Shops or enjoying the nearby beaches.
Pawleys Island is famous for its exceptional beach (only a 5 minute drive across the South Causeway). Tour beautiful Brookgreen Gardens or visit Huntington State Beach and Park. Enjoy the restaurants in Pawleys or a short drive to Murrels Inlet. Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach is within a 25 min drive.

Time at the pool and ocean was great , shops always convenient to get toothe place is always nice 2nd time there we have stayed there and both times were not a disappointment. thatā€™s why we enjoy staying there only thing this time was the gutter guys coming and making noises but other than that was very nice

Family beach trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness is one of the first things we noticed. This place was spotless! The beds were super comfortable and the privacy of the back screened in porch was perfect! So convenient to store, restaurants, and the beach. Could not say enough good things about this host as well! Communication was great and even went out of her way to mail some left behind items back to us also. We had a blast and canā€™t wait to return back here!

Good comfortable place to stay

We've stayed at True Blue at various units over the past 10 years. This unit was as described although it's starting to show some wear and tear. We didn't have any issues although after reading through other reviews I can agree with some of the short comings. There is not an over abundance of bath towels. The owner states they use the unit often and they lock their personal things in the bathroom walk in closet and the pantry closet in the kitchen. Inconvenient. Some of the cabinet doors are loose and it's not a luxurious place to stay. Having said that, great floorplan, nice dressers, big TV's, great location, good communication, easy check in. I would recommend but just make sure you read all the reviews so you know what to expect.

My family and I always enjoy the room and the pool! It's always beautiful and easy to get to/get things in. The property manager(s) are amazing!! My family and I have stayed at this location this summer and last summer and we LOVE it!

Amazing summer vacation!

This property is absolutely amazing! It's everything that the description says it is! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a fantastic week! It's decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, it's clean and well maintained. And the kitchen is well stocked as are linens and blankets. The weather was gorgeous the week of 7/6/24 so we spent quite a bit of time on the screen porch and at the pool and beach. We spent some time at the boardwalk and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We basically went to the beach to relax and this was very close to Huntington Beach state park.We're already looking forward to our next visit!

homey condo

centrally located to Georgetown for which we are building a home. quite, clean, and easy access, the place seems in its original build condition but very well maintained. The condo is a bit on the darker side since it's the lower level. The blinds where very tired and needed replacing so that you can let some light in....and the shower heads needed up dating. the water spays oddly and truthfully it needs a removable shower head in one of the bathrooms (to do a quick rinse off if necessary.) Other than those small issues. the place is lovely..... and very clean....

Very pleasant with great location to everything.

Owner was very flexible and accommodating. We loved the location. It was easy access to everything. We also loved the pond that probably gets overlooked. My daughter and I enjoyed looking at the wildlife in the pond. We also loved the beach that was nicely, not commercialized.

Great place!

A couple of friends and I stayed at the condo with our daughters during their National Dance Competition. The competition was in Myrtle Beach, but we wanted to stay at a place that was a little quieter. This location in Pawleys Island was perfect for us. Communication with Mike and Rene was wonderful. They were always willing to help and answer questions. Check in process was seamless. The condo was clean and wonderful.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect! The living area is so spacious and the furniture so comfortable. The area is quiet, yet so close to all of the amenities of True Blue and Pawley's Island. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable stay

This cute little condo is a quick walk to the pool- be sure to have your wristbandsā€” a 5min drive to some very nice public beaches on Pawleyā€™s Island (arrive early, not a ton of parking) and a 2min drive to Publix and Gilbertā€™s Ice Cream (go here!) The property is super clean and very quiet. Perfect for a little beach getaway! Communication with the owner via text with check in instructions a couple days before the trip and Rene was quick to respond with answers to my questions about beaches in the area. I also mentioned to Rene an FYI after our stay that the clothes dryer was taking a pretty long time to dry, and she responded immediately that she would send someone to clean the venting. This is a very well maintained property, and you can tell the owners are involved and will keep it that way. We will be back to Pawleyā€™s! Thanks!

As expected

The condo was for the most part as expected from the pictures. The location was great. The only complaints I have is 1.) the smell of the unit. There was an odd unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. 2.) the bathrooms didnā€™t look like they had been cleaned since the last guests had stayed. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathrooms. 3.) Bathroom and Kitchen could use some new linens. Overall did enjoy our stay.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

We chose True Blue after careful research of resorts up and down the east coast US. We love Pawleys Island low density development. It just does not ever get crowded here. The resort is fully committed to preserving the environment. The pond has a gator or two. Eagles, ospreys and always overhead. It is a unique and beautiful place. We never wanted to be in the high rise, crowded places. It also was important to us that we had world class golf. The courses are really beautiful. Every golfer at least once should go to the ocean, just a 2 mile drive.We are a Fishermans favorite location. We also chose Pawleys Island because of the distance to Charleston. It is a charming city with wonderful restaurants and terrific shopping. Which can be an enjoyable day trip.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Mike and I chose this quad style Villa over others on first site. Extremely quite and private. We Love the spacious layout the closeness to pool and club house. Being offered unfurnished was perfect, we had a great time furnishing it. Super comfortable beds large TV's. Home away from home. Now you too can enjoy our vacation home as much as we do. So many great memories here we just purchased a second unit. This area of Pawleys Island is quite special. Close to so much activity, however we are in a very private and peaceful location. A true gem of a vacation location.
