This property is a jewel!! Designed by award-winning interior designer, Kim D. Hoegger, and featured in national magazines, ‘Cottage Style' and ‘Beach Cottages’, this property is one of a kind! Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset will be yours from inside the adorable cottage or outside on one of the three deck areas. You won’t be starring at someone else’s dock from here...your view is spectacular! Main channel and beautiful rock cliff views...absolutely gorgeous!

Fish from the water's edge or from the lighted dock which has two boat slips
one 10’ x 24’ and one 10’ x 28’. A boat ramp is located in the neighborhood for your convenience.

Each of the four bedrooms is uniquely designed by Kim D. Hoegger with guest comforts in mind. Each room is outfitted with custom mattresses, down pillows and lovely cottage decor. Lots of closet space and private views of the lake.

Original hardwoods finished in a beautiful weathered oak stain run throughout the home. Indoor/Outdoor rugs are beautiful yet practical. This is a family-centered vacation home.

Living Room/Kitchen/Dining area is designed with family time in mind. Spacious and well furnished with room for watching TV, playing cards or reading a book and the views from this area are out of this world!! Living room is equipped with TV/Satellite and Roku Streaming Device, Sleeper Sofa and plenty of occasional tables and chairs. Kitchen is open to the Living room making family time really special and easy to accomplish. Dining room table seats six and kitchen island seats four. Kitchen is outfitted with full-size appliances, microwave, toaster oven, regular coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, electric griddle, blender, and standard cooking pots, pans and utensils.

You may never get out of bed! Bed are super comfy and cozy!
Bedroom No. 1 - Queen Bed with closet, chest of drawers.
Bedroom No. 2 - King Bed with closet, desk/chair and chest of drawers.
Master Suite No. 1 - King Bed, daybed with trundle, chest of drawers, sitting area, TV, Walk-in closet, private bath and balcony.
Master Suite No. 2 - King Bed, Sitting area, TV, and private bath and deck. Utility room is located near Master Suite No. 2 and has full size washer/dryer.

Beautiful, new outdoor patio is accessible from the living room and is equipped with 2)dining tables and 8 dining chairs, 4-7 sun lounge chairs, a gas grill and egg smoker. WiFi, ceiling fans and audio throughout. Central audio system makes music available inside and outside on the main deck.

Happy Place Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is absolutely beautiful and a short walk to a modern dock. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as a great propane grill on the patio.

Perfect weekend getaway

Plenty of space for 10 people. Both master suites were spacious. Large yard for games and hanging out. Owners were very responsive and timely.

Great time!

This is a beautiful house in a great location! Our family and friends had a great time. We would definitely rent this property again. We brought our 27 foot boat and the slip was perfect. It was also nice to have a boat ramp right there in the neighborhood and ample parking for the trailer. Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic house and location.We really enjoyed the lily pad that was provided. The house easily kept all eight of us comfortable. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Awesome friends getaway!

We love this property and have rented it 4 times. Our group of friends has been coming to the lake for 30 years and this house is the best. Would appreciate way to clean off the dock where the birds have been; that would have made it perfect.

Wonderful Property at Lake of the Ozarks

Stunning property with beautiful yard and awesome dock for fishing. Caught fish every day we were there; largemouth bass, crappie, white bass, bluegill, and catfish. Had a fish fry one night and brought home 13-quart freezer bags full of fish fillets. Would definitely stay there again!

The house is tastefully decorated, roomy, and well air conditioned. The outdoor area has lots of seating and both a gas and egg cooker that work great. Kids swam from the dock all day. Great views from all areas. Perfect.

Beautiful spot in Osage Beach

This property is beautiful and all it is advertised to be. Extremely clean and well stocked. Grounds are nicely kept. Our family of 8 was very comfortable . The kitchen is spectacular. The kids really enjoyed swimming off the dock whenever they had a chance . It was so nice not to have to walk down a long flight of stairs to the water. We would definitely rent this home again if we choose to return to the Lake of the Ozarks for our family vacation. It is close to a large outdoor water park, a WallMart and boat rental facilities. Many restaurants are only a short drive away. There is a gas station very close by that carries a few essentials that one might have forgotten. I ran everyday in beautiful, albeit hilly, nearby neighborhoods.

Perfect house for a perfect week with family!

We loved this house! We had 8 adults and 2 children on this trip. We had a family of four staying with us; the other 6 were couples. One of the master suites had a trundle bed; so that worked out great for the family of four. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. It is laid out nicely, two entrances to come in and out of the patio and a slider off both master suites that look out onto the lake. Some of us would gather most mornings off the bottom master suite to have coffee and watch the water traffic as it was quite hot that week and this location was shaded in the morning. The bedrooms are all quite spacious, but the master suites in particular are very spacious; each with their own bathroom. It is not located in a cove, so the lake could get quite rough during high traffic time; but the kids were able to swim around the dock when it calmed down. The dock itself is also very nice. There are two slips. We rented a pontoon for the week and one of the couples brought a fishing boat. If we decide to make Osage Beach another destination vacation this house will definitely be on our list.

Perfect Family Spot

We had an amazing time staying at the cottage. Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable and the open floor plan made it easy for all of us(12) to be in one room without it being crowded. The back deck and yard were so nice to have as well. We were able to play yard games and enjoy the views of boaters passing by. We loved swimming off the dock and fishing as well. Will definitely book another stay!

Relaxing Experience

We had a very relaxing stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay! It had quality towels, blankets, kitchen ware, from pots to pans to cups and silverware. We had 2 toddlers and 2 children with us and they were able to comfortably play outside. We enjoyed the lake view during the day and bonfire at night. Despite it being over our budget initially, we highly recommend this home. You won't be disappointing! Side notes: living room table was very wobbly so we had to watch the toddlers (would consider replacing) and we couldn't get the upstairs bedroom balcony to lock

Perfect Home for a Weekend Getaway

We recently spent a girls weekend at the lake and this property is absolutely perfect for a group gathering. A spacious open layout for spending time together, plenty of privacy and space in the four bedrooms and sparkling clean. You'll read reviews about the geese and while we did find that the dock had some goose droppings, it had been recently cleaned and the geese never went near the picnic table or part of the dock where we spent time so that area was completely clean. Kim was a responsive host and answered all questions quickly and clearly. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a fun weekend. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future!

Spectacular!

We brought our kids and their guests down for a week on the lake. What a great time we had! The house was perfect w/plenty of room for all 10 of us. We loved everything about it - the space, the decor, the amenities, the yard, the patio, the dock, the view - all wonderful. The only thing I would recommend would be installing a boat lift in one of the slips - our boat sustained some damage with the high amount of traffic in the main channel. But even though that happened I still give the place 5 stars! Thank you Kim for being so quick and thorough in responding to all of my questions. :)

Fabulous Lakefront Home

This is the third time we have rented this home and we've never been disappointed. In fact, we can't find anything that compares to it in the Lake area for the price. There's plenty of space outside to lounge or sit on the level grassy area next to the Lake. We especially like the fact it's on the main channel rather than a cove because the view is spectacular. Inside there's plenty of supplies and necessities with beautiful, top-of-the-line decorations. This is always our first choice when heading to the Lake!!! We will return again and again and again...….

Great family time

The property was clean and basic supplies were readily available (paper towels, dishes, etc.). However, the TV in bedroom 3 did not work, water was leaking from a window during a heavy rain, and fishing was impossible from the dock due to high volume of high speed boaters.

Four couples shared this property for three nights. Quiet neighborhood. House is on main channel, open-water. Brought boat and used boat dock at property. A boat lift would be nice addition as waves in this part of lake can get pretty rough on weekends. Enjoyed boating to restaurants. Boat launch ramp in neighborhood, charged $5 in and $5 out. A few of the staging decorations from the photographs have been removed but overall the house is nicely decorated and in good taste. We ended up with four vehicles and a boat trailer, there was plenty of parking for all. Rough water on weekends, but we knew that going in and booked our stay Sunday through Wednesday. Would definitely stay here again. Wonderful trip, enjoyed our stay,

Sassy Sophisticated Sexy Seniors

Friends for over 45 years now, ranging from 60-75. We look forward to our yearly week long vacation. There’s usually eight that stay for the week, others two, three, or four nights, so by the weekend there’s eleven or twelve of us. We didn’t need an air bed this year, bc if the trundle bed. All the beds & pillows were wonderful. Water pressure was great. Plenty of nice towels. Several of the gals love to cook, & bring their own ‘special’ cookware, but I said no need this year. The table was great for card playing. Lots of space for our cars. For a few days we had eight cars! Nice outside area with enough tables & chairs for everyone. Inside stayed nice & cool. This place was perfect. The only thing we missed was a sun deck on the dock with furniture. Understandable being on the channel it swayed a lot & no one wanted to float there. Younger people... no issue. We moved some outside chairs close to the lake on the yard & enjoyed hearing & seeing the waves splashing on the rocks. The view was amazing, & we enjoyed seeing all the boats & wave runners. Owners were easy to contact w/ a prompt response. Hats off to Steve & Kim!!

A lovely retreat

We were incredibly happy staying in this wonderful cottage! It was beautifully decorated, outfitted with all the necessities and the location couldn't be any better! We slept 8 really comfortably and had nearby family over for dinners many evenings. With the open plan and the generous patio we had plenty of room to stretch out. There are restaurants, stores and golf nearby but we still felt tucked away nicely so we could relax.

Excellent!

I would rent again. No issues. Would like to see a few more kitchen utensils, forks, glasses, sharp cutting knives, wooden cutting board for cooking but that’s it. Very nice!

Home stay review

Home was well set-up for our group (three families, with 5 children 5 and under). Well equipped kitchen and linens. Backyard was good for young children to play in. The living area was a nice size to allow the entire family to gather, and with the backyard it allowed us to had multiple activities going on for our entire group. Had delay in getting information about check-in from owner, and I had to go through company to ask the owner to respond to my messages. The kitchen had a large set of knives, but unfortunately they were so dull they were a danger. When cutting vegetables, fruits, etc the knives would actually cut at an angle which made you pay close attention or you would cut your fingers. I hope they will sharpen these for the next guest, as they are a nice set of knives.
