Situated just steps away from the pristine sandy beaches & the sparkling turquoise waters of the Gulf, this Water-Front oasis on the Canal and Slight Gulf-View from the balcony promises a truly immersive coastal experience.
You'll have access to a range of fantastic amenities. Enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the 11 community pools, dine in at the community's exclusive Gulf-Front restaurant & Pool, challenge your friends to a game of tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, or take a short stroll to the pristine sandy beaches for a day of sun and surf.
This is an excellent choice if you are looking for privacy, quality and comfort. We’ve got it all covered for you.
A fully equipped kitchen, SS appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary culinary amenities. Upstairs you have a master bedroom with a comfy king size bed overlooking the canal, a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 updated full baths with tiled walk-in showers.
The back patio offers a nice and relaxing way to enjoy the Florida nature while grilling some fresh Florida seafood.
Our home is spacious, clean, and ready for your relaxing beach vacation.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home you will be charged for the repairs and/or replacement of such items.

•Our Rental policies and practices enhance our ability to offer quality accommodations and hospitality services.
•Gulf Highlands Resort provides family oriented vacation accommodations and we will not rent to vacationing students or young adults under-age of 24.
• If you bring more guests than you claim you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit your deposit.
• For us to keep low prices, we request that you do not drop the temperature below 68 degrees in the summer months.
•Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees and removal of the premises.
•No subletting, person that made a booking must be present at the check-in and be on the property entire stay.
•Absolutely NO SMOKING/Vaporing/Hookahs, not any kind of tobacco within the premises. NO smoking on the wooden porch.
• No parties. No more than 6 people allowed in the house per HOA.
•Every child over two years of age needs to be counted as part of the group and will be charged the same amount as an adult.
•Only 2 assigned parking spaces available.
•No boats, trailers or commercial vehicles allowed in the community.
•No street legal golf carts allowed in the community per amended Gulf Highlands rules.
•Quiet time after 10PM. No parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
•Cleaning fee is only for regular departure clean, the house must be left in good condition, there will be charges for any excessive cleaning.
•Check-in after 4PM, check out by 10AM.
