Welcome to Southern Charm! This 4400+ sqft 10-bedroom log cabin features Old World-style furnishings, 3 large decks with panoramic mountain views, a hot tub, home theater, game room, and access to a resort pool. Located on a private one-acre lot in Wild Briar, it offers ample parking with 6 spots in front and 6-8 additional spots nearby.

Main Level:
The main level includes a spacious living area, kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and access to the covered deck with hot tub.

The living room has plush leather furniture with a sofa sleeper, stone gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and WiFi. The dining table seats all guests comfortably with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The granite countertop kitchen comes fully equipped.

Three bedrooms each have king beds and flat-screen TVs. One bedroom includes a futon for extra sleeping. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. A half bath and washer/dryer are also on this level.

Upper Level:
The upper level offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master suite features a king bed, large flat-screen TV, and private bath with jetted tub.
The second bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and futon.
The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private deck access.
The latter two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Lower Level:
The lower level includes a home theater, game room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and deck access.

The theater has a large Smart HDTV, surround sound, and seating for 12. The game room features a pool table, arcade games, and more.

Two bedrooms have king beds with en-suite bathrooms.
One bedroom has a queen bed.
One bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
These last two bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower.

The spacious deck offers seating with spectacular mountain views and a hot tub.

Guests are provided with a complimentary Luxury Pass, offering a free ticket daily to several of the area’s most popular attractions.

Wr loved the cabin it was our 19 yrs anniversary. The cabin was everything we hooed it woukd be. It was clean. Great spaces and amenities. We absolutely enjoyed the stay!

We stayed here in February for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday cabin trip and honestly had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and looked just like the pictures. We had a pretty big group and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room to hang out, sleep, cook, and enjoy ourselves without feeling crowded.The views were gorgeous, especially in the mornings and at night. The cabin had such a cozy vibe and was perfect for our “Love Shack” birthday weekend theme. Everything was clean when we arrived, check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive whenever we had questions.The only issues we had were that one of the tables was broken and collapsed while we had bottles sitting on it, which caused six of our bottles to break. There was also a nail sticking out of the wall near where one of our guests was sleeping, which was a little dangerous. However, the host responded immediately and came quickly to fix the issue, which we really appreciated.Overall, everything else was great. We loved the game areas, common spaces, and how peaceful the location felt while still being close enough to attractions, restaurants, and stores. It really helped make the weekend special and created so many fun memories for our group.Definitely would stay here again and recommend it for birthdays, group trips, couples trips, or family vacations!

Only complaint is limited parking but would def stay here again very pretty, clean and well stocked in linens!

DOPE CABIN!!!!!

The cabin was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! It was HUGEEEEEEE and we had enough space for the large group we had. The jacuzzi on the patio with the view was such a vibe. Beds and pillows were SUPER COMFORTABLE!!!! We will definitely be back!!

Family reunion getaway

We celebrated our annual family reunion at this cabin, the listing was accurate, spacious, pool table and movies were a hit. Internet didn’t function half of the time so don’t count on that but everything else was fine. Great location only 5 minutes away from the main strip, about 10 from the island and 15 to gatlinburg. Overall I would recommend this cabin and this company the process was smooth to check in and out!

Perfect Cabin for Family Get Together

We chose this cabin for our home away from home the weekend we got married. We wanted to be with family and to be able to host a cozy reception dinner after the micro-wedding. This was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone loved their stay and our kids didn't want to go home! Highly recommend! You can't beat the accommodations, location, and views for the price!

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

This was a perfect setup for the 19 family members who gathered for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Easy and quick commute to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Quiet with a beautiful view. The only draw back was some of the bedding didn’t seem clean. But all in all, we would book again.

Not clean

The sheets on pretty much every bed were stained yellow, the deck photo is incorrect it is not well cared for, there was ashes from the grill spilled everywhere, the stove took an hour or more to boil water, someone tried to wash dishes with a still packaged dishwasher pod so we had dirty dishes, the basement ac wasn't working so our guests were sweating to death, there were so many wood bees you couldn't enjoy the deck really, the house needed deep cleaned badly there was caked dirt along all the trim. We emailed to discuss the issues and received a response at 8pm that they'd come clean and change the sheets.... 8pm.... then nothing after we emailed again. Not worth the money.

Wonderfully located Family Cabin

You can not beat the location for access to all things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and especially close to Dollywood and The Island in Pigeon Forge. We had 12 in our group, 7 adults and 5 small children. I think it would be a bit crowded for 12 adults. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the essentials but there are not any "extras" like spices or coffee filters, etc. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open as one room which is nice. The big sofas, love seats and dining tables are nice but make it a bit crowded. The photographer did a wonderful job taking photos as the cabin decor and outside furniture are more dated and worn than the photos show. We also found a few brown shield bugs in the cabin, cobwebs in ceiling corners and the bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning of the floors and the shelving. For a cabin this large, they could use a few more towels to accommodate everyone. We had to do several loads of laundry. The dryer takes a while to dry clothes. You may also want to bring something to scrub dishes as they only have dish rags and no cleaning supplies to clean counter tops, etc. There is no latch on the back door which allowed for little ones to be able to turn the lock and open the door and get out on the balcony where the hot tub is located. Maybe adding a latch higher up would help. Overall it was a nice stay but could be improved to make it closer to a 4 or 5 star home.

Disappointing Cabin with a great view

We had several issues with the cabin. The first being the cleanliness and equipment that didn’t work. I was very disappointed with the quality although the home definitely could have a ton of potential. The shower clogged, the GFI outlets didn’t work, the stove needs to be calibrated, and much more. The patio was covered with cigarettes and nothing had been cleaned on the patio furniture. The fans were covered with dust, and the dust pan in the laundry room had crumbs still in it. The view was amazing however the house needs a lot of TLC for the price. Didn’t really want to sit outside and enjoy it with all the greasiness. The grill in my opinion is not in working orde either.

Beautiful cabin in need of some TLC

Combined family reunion with baseball tournament. … so location was perfect. The cabin was so beautiful but not well cleaned due to previous renters leaving a mess that day. Gorgeous views off the decks but some broken furniture needs to be removed and other pieces need replacing. Kitchen was small for our 17 person reunion… but outdoor deck and great room were awesome gathering spaces. The management company promptly addressed all of the issues that they could.

family vacation

Liked the location, away from the congestion of Pigeon Forge but fairly close to the Wild Briar entrance. The resort pool was well maintained. Altho the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen counters & sink were clean, the cabin could use a deep cleaning.

This wasn't my fist time renting a cabin so. There was dust every where,,,It was a ok location,nice area but I really didn't like that half the cabin was locked some of the rooms like ,theater room was not open I'm guessing due to renovating,,, anyway over all it was ok.I would not rent it again,,,

not the best we have been in so many nice places this was disappointing

We ended up leaving Southern Charm. It was not at all what was pictures. The hot tub had no water and come to find out was broke the view of the trailers under us wasn't pleasant. There werenrotted holes in decks. We ended up moving to a cabin not much better but at least had a working hot tub. But was filled with dead lady bugs and the sheets were stained.
