Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, washer, dryer and plenty of parking. Private dock with sundeck, Adirondack chairs, and two kayaks to enjoy our beautiful Seneca Lake. Large (1 acre) private yard with lots of outdoor space for family fun.

Property was perfect for our group of three friends. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. We were greeted by Pete with a basket of tomatoes and fresh basil which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Even though we had some cloudy days, the deck was perfect for morning coffee and sunrise, and late afternoon watching the boats and birds.

Great house. Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the fantastic view of the lake. The accommodations were great for 3 couples. Plenty of space we never felt crowded. The location is amazing.We were so close to town or restaurants or wineries or breweries. Pete is also a fantastic host.

Location was amazing. Watching the sunrise on the back porch over the lake with our coffee was exactly what we needed. Communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

This is the nicest place we've stayed in the four years we've been coming to the finger lakes, large, well appointed, awesome view, and great location. And it's nice to have a local host instead of a corporation or someone three states away. The place is huge with a ton of closet space. Anything you would need for cooking is there. And the view? Oh my that view....one of the best.The only thing to know is that the 3rd bathroom is separate from the main living area, down in an unfinished basement, and tiny. That being said it was nice to have it, and we used it every day. Finding 3 bathrooms in the fingers lakes is difficult so we were happy to have one.Sent from my mobile phone.

the house has the most amazing view! the owner was there to greet us and he is the nicest man!! has a folder of near by restaurant menus! also the marinas phone number! the dock is newly updated and is easily accessible! can’t wait to stay there again next year!

Pete's cottage is simply outstanding. Meticulous and well thought out furnishings. Beautiful views of Seneca Lake. Close to numerous wineries and shopping in Geneva. My grandson loved the fishing down at the dock. Pete is a great host!!

An absolute gem!

This property is outstanding. Spacious, bright, and cheery home in excellent condition with all the amenities that you could possibly need. Pete has been great as a host. Location is the strongest selling point for this house. You have a wonderful lake view with access to a private dock. Having a train come through once or twice a day is actually kinda neat. Everything you’d need for an extended stay is within a 5-10 drive up to Geneva which is a lovely town. We’ve been making day trips from the house in every direction: Watkin’s Glen, Corning Glass Museum, The Strong Museum of Play in Rochester, Ithaca, Auburn, Seneca Falls….all within an hour or less. And of course there’s hundreds of wineries. If we vacation again in this area, we definitely want to stay here again.

Very well appointed kitchen comfortable beds, good location. Very good host, had power outage and brought lamps and flashlights very quickly. 3rd bathroom not really usable but we made it work

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home and couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family while we explored the Finger Lakes area. The location was perfect. It is central enough to reach regional attractions and the towns we wanted to experience, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway.The home itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy. The oversized couch was a favorite; it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, and we loved relaxing there to take in the beautiful sunset views over the lake from the back windows. Those evening views were a highlight of the whole trip.The home is very clean, and you can tell the property is genuinely well cared for. The hosts clearly put a lot of love into this place, and it shows.We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
