Beachfront Tradewinds Condo, Heart of Orange Beach

BEACHFRONT/WATERFRONT LIVING! Nothing between you and the beach but a stroll by the indoor/outdoor pool. This 5th floor condo is located in the heart of Orange Beach, directly on the beach and overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Your family will enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets in the comfort and privacy of your own panoramic gulf front balcony. This is a fully furnished and comfortably equipped second home, so you'll only need to bring your swimsuit, beach towel, and some sunscreen.
The space:
Enjoy the beautiful one bedroom, two bathroom condo with bunk beds and a queen pull out sofa bed. We have a beautiful balcony that bows out to the gulf that provides wonderfully panoramic views of the beach! The kitchen is well stocked and the granite countertops with full appliance compliment makes it easy for any chef.
Guest access:
You will have full access to the condo except for one small owner's closet that we need for our cleaning supplies and linens. We have another closet that we stock periodically with beach gear for our guests. You will also have full access to all the amenities the Tradewinds complex has to offer, including the cafe lighted BBQ area.

We are a mom and pop operation, we ask that you please be respectful of our home.

The $35 fee listed is for the required parking pass if you wish to park on-site. We have pre-purchased these parking passes for your convenience so you do not have to travel off-site to pick them up. Please let us know if you will not be bringing a vehicle or if you would like to purchase an additional parking pass from us. You will find the passes waiting for you in the kitchen.
