Mariner's Cay is a gated community of residents and renters, which offers guests not only a swimming pool and tennis/pickleball courts but also is only minutes away from the beaches and walking distance to the funky town of Folly Beach. The privacy and lack of traffic is perfect for small children and teenagers.

The first "Wow" moment happens when you first open the door and see the amazing openness and views. The next "Wow" moment comes at sunset when one must hurry to the screened porch and allow him/herself to be awed.
As can be seen by the photos, the unit has a large, main bedroom with a king size bed opening onto the porch; and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. The open living area has a large flat screen smart HDTV, Bose system, and DVD player. Apps available for guests' to use personal logins.
