This condo is located as close as the law will allow to one of the most pristine beaches you will find anywhere. The unique topology of this area allows the building to sit a mere 20 yards or so from the beach. It is so close in fact that you can easily make it from the unit to the beach in less than one minute.

The Villas at Sunset Beach is a gated community located between Alys and Rosemary Beach. It’s on site security guard, palm tree lined brick drive and parking areas and large swimming pool (heated in colder months) mark it as one of the premier communities in the area. You could easily spend a week here and never leave the complex. However, if you do decide to venture out it is an easy walk (or drive) to Alys or Rosemary Beach where there are a multitude of shops, restaurants and scheduled activities.

NUT FREE ZONE: This condo is our personal vacation home that we visit multiple times a year. Having a daughter with deadly food allergies, which include peanuts and multiple tree nuts, we ask all of our guests not to eat nuts while in the unit. We realize this would be a great inconvenience for some and we respect that. If you must eat nuts we would kindly ask you to rent somewhere else. Keeping our condo a safe environment for our daughter is paramount.
