Good evening Earl and Jeanne thank you for the review. We apologize for the stickers in the backyard as those are a constant battle. We are currently working on a plan to get the stickers removed. We were unaware a plug on the outside was not working but we will have that looked at. We are glad you enjoyed our home and safe travels in the future.

Good afternoon, The AC temperature can be lowered to 70°F, but not below that, as it can potentially cause the system to freeze. To adjust it, simply press the down arrow on the thermostat. I would also like to clarify that I personally inspected the home two days prior to your stay, and the video provided was taken immediately before our departure. Based on your initial concern, I issued a refund for the cleaning fee in good faith. However, after further consideration, I do have concerns regarding the validity of the cleanliness claim. The photos you provided were sent halfway through your stay rather than within the first few hours, which is typically when such issues are reported. This timing makes it difficult to verify the condition of the home upon your arrival. I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. That said, as reflected in our previous guest reviews, cleanliness has consistently not been an issue at our property
